When comes to the industrial design, style and material, iPhone is way ahead, HTC is just ugly and feels cheaper! When comes to the screen size, hardware, feature, GPS navigation, integrated VOIP, customization (specially for rooted Android phones), OS capabilities, iPhone is at least 2 to 3 year behind. So in conclusion, I will take an advanced Android phone at any time. In other words, Android is some girl next door you want to marry, and iPhone is some hot chic you pickup at the bar.

Evo 3D is light years ahead of the iPhone 4. The original evo 4g got better reviews than the iPhone 4, of course the newer/better HTC/Android phones crush the 4... As for the S, well...  Better luck next year Apple fans =( great phones about 6 months late... Welcome to today Apple.

@trey9386 Is it necessary to have any particular thing? The EVO 3D has a nice display, and I personally think that the 3D feature adds a lot of fun. Others may not see it that way, and I completely understand -- that's why there are choices. Android doesn't have the "one-size-fits-all" approach that the iPhone has, and that's a good thing.

This phone is mostly for people who have a 3D TV. In my opinion, the fact that you can also watch the 3D media on this phone is only a bonus, but the main function is that you can create 3D media with it, period.

@JuJoVij It all depends on what phone you want. You will want an unlocked phone if you are going to use it in Malaysia, and Wirefly doesn't sell unlocked phones. Remember that phones for Sprint and Verizon in the US are almost always not usable around the world, even if they are unlocked. (Only a couple Sprint and Verizon phones use GSM, which is what you have in Malaysia.)

@wirefly Do you know if the HTC EVO 3D has heat software? One of the things I like about the iPhone is you have to touch it with your fingers to unlock unlike most phones were you could butt dial. Does the EVO 3D have something in place to prevent butt dialing?

Also, I have carried lots of different Android phones in my pocket for months, and none has ever dialed by itself. And I don't use a pattern lock or key code.

The great thing about the EVO 3D is that the 3D isn't a gimmick to sell the phone because its sooooooo good in all the other tech areas which makes the 3D a feature, not a gimmick. Another great thing is I'm the kind of guy that likes to show off my tech to friends, so when i rocked up with my EVO for the first time it wasent just another phone or iPhone which everyone has, everyone was like "OMG glassless 3D, that's so trippy"

compared to your htc baterry sucking Evo 3d. I witnessed new SoC qualcomm 1.5 mhz dualcore being used on upcoming htc amaze but scored 2400. While my gs2 with 1.2ghz exynos scored 3699 on quadrant.

I'm a tech guy and this speed differences gap reminds me of when intel dominated amd from 2005 when Intel relesed Conroe dualcore vs AMD's athlon x2.

Guys Samsung Galaxy s2 is amazingly fast. very fast. Im now a huge Samsung fan because of their exynos cpu. Galaxy S2 is the fastest of alll androids.

Until 2012 where top line phones will be using quadcores instead of current dual core. But again in next generation of quadcores, i'll still be keeping a close eye on samsungs own Exynos clips.

@NovasExorcism There are plenty of apps in the Android Market. Generally speaking, apps for Android are lower cost than comparable apps for iPhone. A great example is the navigation app that comes pre-installed on most Android phones -- this is a voice-actuated turn-by-turn navigation, and it's free on Android phones. It's definitely not free on iPhones.
