  • You folks will want to check out Voodoo Dolls of the Elite parts 1, 2. and 3. The point is, the U.S. citizen is a legal fiction. Burt hasn't gotten rid of his token, his citizen, he's just not identifying himself that way. He still has a token on the chessboard. But now he's bypassed the tokens and the board and is dealing with the other people sittin' around the board, man to man.

  • GladforGladius- Just live here like the millions of illegals that get away with it and have for years. If I had any guts, Id do it too. Im just unsure I want to be an obvious target. White skin slaves get fewer goody.

  • @13Bull13 You'll want to check out my latest project, Get Out and Stay Out of Jail (dot)com. 7 steps to freedom. Me and Burt are doin' it now. I just sent a demand to a municipality for $154,000. We hope to settle out of court. You have lots of options. Check out the site and send email to Burt at noncitizenburt@yahoo.com. Good luck!

  • Complete 5 copies of DS forms 4079, 4080, 4081, 4082, and 4083. Pay 450 bucks. File IRS from 8898 and wait for them to send you a cancelled US passport and DS form 4083. File the documents with the US consulate and/or US embassy OUTSIDE of the USA. I did. In fact I burned my US passport today. Having a 2nd citizenship is a great idea but you can also go stateless as is stated in FM 1260.

  • So where the fuck are you gunna live?? can you now be deported to like a deserted island or something? or you moving to cuba? I'm serious, are you actually leaving the country or just making a fuss..bc i doubt youre going anywhere and if you are where the hell to because youre now a citizen of NO WHERE...congratulations, you know have even LESS rights than you did before, how are you going to get a drivers license, health care, get a job to support yourself, so on and so on?/ this seems stupid.

  • @chupacabras0905 The foundation of law is consent. People have all rights; we agree to waive our sovereign immunity by becoming subject to the jurisdiction of the federal corporation. You can read more at Morpheus Explains: What is a Person? at Musicians4Freedom(dot)com.

  • @chupacabras0905 You really need to check out my latest project, Get Out and Stay Out of Jail (dot) com to get a grip on what rights really are. We all have ALL rights; then, we give them to the private corporation dba the U.S. You can take them back. The trick is defending them against invasion by the corporation, and that's where the lawsuits come in.

  • Actually, we do not get our RIGHTS from documents like the Magna Carta, etc. These docs merely RECOGNIZE our rights. As a "people" you already have ALL RIGHTS. As a U.S.Citizen, you have waived your rights and consented to the jurisdiction of the corp. masquerading as the constitutional republic. You can renounce your citizenship by writing a letter. Simple.

  • That's not how you renounce US citizenship. The magna carta has no freaking strength in the US. The articles of confederation are not enacted, they were replaced by the constitution. First step to renouncing citizenship: Know what the fuck you're talking about. You can only renounce US citizenship in a foreign country at a diplomatic mission in front of a consular officer.

  • Abandon ship!!!!!!!!!!! (the U.S. CITIZEN SHIP) soon my friends soon.

  • Hey that's cool, feel free to continue enjoying the country's infrastructure and static services non-citizen. ;)

    (Yes, I get the point)

  • is citizenship is very important ?

  • The founding documents are the Organic Laws of the United States of America and there are FOUR documents. The Declaration of Independence of July 4, 1776, The Articles of Confederation of November 15, 1777, The Northwest Ordinance of July13, 1787 and finally, The Constitution of the United States of September 17, 1787. Google the Organic Laws of the United States of America and you will find them all (4) at the very first link that appears at the top of the page. It is the .gov site!

  • Yes! I would love to leave it behind! But I can't find anywhere else to go :(. Anyone got any ideas?

  • @GladForGladius you don't have to leave the USA dumbshit...the United States is NOT a geographic region...it is a government. The USA is a geographic region and in fact, it is our country. it is those dickheads in congress that must stay on the federal plantation (D.C.) and leave us alone!

  • @djherich I despise the USA idiot -_-

  • @djherich Do you know this man? It's plain and simple. IF HE WANT'S TO LEAVE let let leave! It's NONE of you business DUMBSHIT! I am sure he could give a shit about "congress."

  • @GladForGladius Australia! If they would except..

  • We are born free, and we shall die free. The corporate State and its minions enslave us with tyranny of the mind. We have just as much of a right to create currency as the private Federal Reserve. Local currency controlled by the People is the most important solution for us to regain the sovereignty of our communities. Corporations and governments are ficticious entities designed to allow individuals to perp evil which they cannot do on their own. EX: tax=steal. war=murder. counterfeit etc.

  • Do you have a link to the original YouTube video or Channel?

Is "Burt" on Facebook? Does he have a website?

  • So by renouncing can you "legally" get away with not paying taxes *to include* various licenses, SS, etc etc?

  • @Nate5176 Yes because you have to move somewhere else. If they find you in America with a renounced citizenship you can get kicked out. Renounciation is irrevocable. A minor may renounce their citizenship if they can convince a US counsellor that they fully understand the nature of renunciation. A minor may reobtain their citizenship if they make the desire known to the supreme court within 6 months after reaching the age of 18.

  • @icthruu4evr Look in your US passport, you'll find some of the benefits there. All the things you dislike about the US, you will be able to positively affect as a people, not as a citizen.

  • @congoredjr Burt followed the procedure you are describing; the states are "foreign" to the corporation headquartered in D.C.; a "consular" in a "foreign" country, a country other than the U.S., headquartered in D.C., is the same thing as a notary public in America. If you will research what I have just told you, you will learn that I am right.

  • @sharlenemusiclover Exactly, at UCC 9-307 (h) it states that the United States is in Washington D.C. HOWEVER, I did basically the same thing and called the State Department today and the gentleman I talked to said they will not honor any written statements of renunciation. You have to actually go to a foreign country to renounce. I suppose it is their own ignorance that makes them say this. I am planning to renounce soon in BC, Canada and then come back in using the World Passport. Peace.

  • @videocommenter67 It doesn't matter if they "honor" written statements; that's like asking the thief if he minds giving you your stuff he stole back to you! The point is to stop bein' a token on their Monopoly board; as a U.S. Citizen, you are a public officer, and employee of the Fed. Corporation. Once you become a "people," you have all rights returned and can sue the corp. and monetize your rights, etc. It's not ignorance. It's on purpose!

  • Section 349(a)(5) of the Immigration & Nationality Act : A person wishing to renounce his/her U.S. citizenship must voluntarily & w/intent to relinquish U.S. citizenship:

    1. appear in person before a U.S. consular or diplomatic officer

    2. in a foreign country (U.S. Embassy/Consulate)

    3. sign an oath of renunciation

Renunciations that do not meet the conditions described above have no legal effect. Americans cannot effectively renounce their citizenship by mail, thru an agent, or while in the US.

  • @congoredjr Do not be mislead by the propaganda in these US Websites. When you are in any of the 50 States you are in fact in a foreign country, each state is a country. A notarized oath is as good as one made in front of any Judge or Consulate, and the US would have to prove it to be false.

  • @donotconsent83 the "United States" is a foreign government being run as a criminal enterprise...that is the truth.

  • @congoredjr This is exactly correct. If you send off paperwork like this without holding citizenship in another country and if you do not send it from another country it will be rejected.

  • Send an email to Burt to ask him that question; check out the webinar next week!

  • Does the renunciation statement anywhere say "I renounce citizenship in the United States republic," or does it merely disassociate you from certain of the UNITED STATES, INC and/or subsidiary corporations?

  • @JesusDillinger Hi, disassociation from the United States corporations not the Lawful Republic. I allied myself to my state and it's people and retain all my rights as a "people' in the united states of north America and any place in the world, so I continue to be part of a lawful State which now needs to be reinhabited by it's people.

  • @donotconsent83 good luck with that.
