  • Continuation of the Six fundamental principles of Rastafarianism.

    6. Acknowledging Emperor Haile Selassie as the Supreme Being and only ruler of black people.

  • Quelvisv said ' Also Rastas are not weird people because I have meet more weird people that Rasta...how shallow you think that brother is?'

Rastafarians six fundamental principles by Leonard Howell: 1. Hatred for the white race.2. The complete superiority of the black race.3. Revenge on whites for their wickedness.

    4. The negation, persecution, and humiliation of the government and legal bodies of Jamaica.5. Preparation to go back to Africa.

  • @deadly32 I KNOW the origins of the Rasta Movement and all major CHURCHES and RELIGIONS in the world. So I appreciate the information about you knowing, thanks anyway!

  • Quelvisv said ''I attacked you because you attacked Isaac & his family yesterday'

How much does Isaac and his family pay you for your protective services or do these people even know that you exist?

  • @deadly32 My father & Shorty were BEST friends! I know the family but familiar with Sheldon, Eldon & Isaac, I was not paid. Their father & my father used to stay in the same hotel room together & run racket. They were still good friends even after Shorty became Ras Shorty I. My father pulled away from Ras Shorty I due to the fact that Ras Shorty I pulled his children outta school to live in the bush with him. My father knew Shorty had tripped, and Shorty confessed this to him before he died!

  • @Quelvisv , so thats the reason why you are haunting all you-tube videos that have some connection with Isacc and his family. U are still lamenting and trying to recover someone that is gone.

'Ras Shorty I pulled his children outta school to live in the bush with him.'

Rastas are weird and the believe that school is a Babylon concept so im the least bit surprise by his actions.

  • @deadly32 how short are you? One or two feet tall? It look like it went over your head again for you to assume that I am somehow still recovering! Also Rastas are not weird people because I have meet more weird people that Rastas, imagine, I met a guy on youtube uttering to me that Rastas are weird people, how shallow you think that brother is? I do not judge people by their outta appearance, I does leave that for other people to do. I does judge them by their actions or none-actions!

  • Quelvisv said 'I attacked you because you attacked Isaac & his family yesterday,'

Being in touch with the sober 'Realities of Awareness' and understanding of 'Human need for Revenge' , i did realize that that was the reason for your weak attack.

'Life and living! Universal order of things' are you still with me or are you lost'.

I dont want a introduction into your personal psychosis, and ive heard similar ramblings from Rastoids who were drugged on their high grade marijuana.

  • Quelvisv 'ah expecting yuh now to cuss meh arse again, tell me, me mother so and so!'

Mnn what kind of moron drags their mother into topic where she is not relevant.( A glutton for punishment of course). At least now we know that you have a mother.

  • Quelvisv 'ah expecting yuh now to cuss meh arse again'

'Again' would mean that something happen more than once.

Do you have the FACULTIES to show me where i cursed you before. I hope im not asking too much. I predict you will re-read you backyard tirade and fail at presenting my humble request. Can you distinguish reality from delusion? Im expecting you to get even more emotional.

  • @deadly32 Bro, obscene language is not the only way one can relate obscenities, there are obscene gestures, obscene attitudes, get where I am coming from? I attacked you because you attacked Isaac & his family yesterday, then your uttered suck a wood! Rather than recognize your foolishness you are playing ignorant! I am not being emotional because I am more into the realities of LIFE and LIVING! I am talking bout the 'Universal Order of Things', are you still with me or are you lost yet?

  • @Quelvisv,interesting..you chose but to take a fraction of my comment -'suck a wood' when it really was

'and im a firm believer that its a long time since you have suck a wood'.

When someone curses another person they usually wish some misfortune(spell*) or attack them with obscene language or instruct them to do a despicable act. I dont recall doing this.

I would bargain that 9 out of 10 people perform the act of Felattio in their sexual relationship, fellatio is not uncommon nor obscene.

  • @deadly32 Now you starting to get funny, that's nice bro! I am so glad that I help brought that side outta you! Yuh really funny! Howbeit, you don't know me and you are wondering, its a long time since I have suck a wood? Howbeit, you didn't ask me when last I gave to the unfortunate? Is telling a stranger to go suck a wood is not a despicable utterance? I know people got killed for uttering things less than that. I SAW a guy got killed in New York for having the same jersey on!

  • Quelvisv said ' Is telling a stranger to go suck a wood is not a despicable utterance?'

Probably if its to a Puritan, a virgin, a feminist or someone who has no skills in 'giving head' I know people got killed for uttering things less than that.

I should have a long life since youtube and the internet shields me for people who cant handle my freedom of speech and would aim to harm me. Thats why i dont go outside and say things like that.

  • @deadly32...Are you serious? You are hiding behind the walls of Youtube to utter! You are feeling powerful now hiding behind someone! So you will tell anyone anything anytime and you are good with that? It is not a nice thing to be despicable and hide behind freedom of speech! Are you a paranoid schizophrenic? If not your actions are consistent with someone that is so! I am not a mental health specialist but I think you need a check up from your neck up! I now see why you are recurring

  • Quelvisv said ' so you will tell anyone anything anytime and you are good with that?'

Yes and a brings a unique joy into my life. Werent you feeling the same way when u were saying that i was an idiot, arrogant and stupid beyond my means.?

    'Are you a paranoid schizophrenic?'

Nope. What do you think most people come on the internet to do.

  • @deadly32 I am on the inter for enlightenment may it be for myself or to enlightened others! I am not on the internet for THERAPY. If you are on the internet to cuss people and be despicable, then that is your thing! If you continuously feel the urge to be that way then that's your prerogative, your choice! And whom I am to say that you are on SHIT? What I know for certain is that what goes around comes around. I really what to take you to another level of consciousness but you must earn it.

  • Quelvisv said ' I SAW a guy got killed in New York for having the same jersey on!'

That offender should live by himself in a dark damp cave, far away from other humans and their opinions because killing someone over a printed words on a jersey is neither tolerant or sane.

  • Quelvisv said 'Howbeit, you don't know me'

Werent you the one that addressed me as 'bro'?

'and you are wondering, its a long time since I have suck a wood? '

Same as how i wondering why you have a bend cock..just kidding.I was basically saying that it was a long time since you have had sex.Sex is a form of catharsis and you appeared cranky and aggressive in your previous comments.I believe that humans are greatly driven by sex just like Sigmund freud.(Sexual) Frustration leads to Aggression.

  • Comment removed

  • the song is semi-good, but i should have be sung by anyone besides these rastoids.

  • @deadly32 I am a firm believer that no one have the answers for certain fundamentalities of life and certain things just can not be figured out! But in your case deadly32, you have up the ante with your arrogance, for you make me recognize that someone can be more stupid beyond their means!! You are an Idiot!!

  • @Quelvisv , and im a firm believer that its a long time since you have suck a wood and that someone has clout you upside you head

  • @deadly32 Brother, are you aware that you are proving that my theory is legit? I declared earlier that one can be more stupid beyond their means, and guess what? You are proving my point! Congratulations! I hope that you take this comment as a compliment and not as an insult. I hope that I am not over-rating you, but do you have the faculties to distinguish a compliment from from an insult? Don't be predictable eh, ah expecting yuh now to cuss meh arse again, tell me, me mother so and so!

  • BIG UP GOOD BLESS TROP PUISSANT :)))))))))))

  • He looks like a carribean mos def

  • powerful words! but i still dont have the slightest idea of what u talk about...ur special

  • @lynne3g I recognize that you are an intelligent 'Young Plant' and I MUST acknowledge this quality in you because most individuals on this forum, rather than they seek enlightenment in our musical industry they seek argument! So I MUST look for the Time & Space to let you know this! Everyone of Shorty I's kids with Ms. Claudette I am familiar with them especially the men (Sheldon, Eldon and Isaac), OC on the other migrated but we used to deal because of the relationship our fathers shared!

  • @Quelvisv You’re quite an eccentric person full of riddles. I imagine you being from the Islands…with that I figured that these ppl may have been abuse if so my deepest sympathy goes out to them! Life shouldn’t be that way every creator deserves to be treated right-protected & loved…and it’s a parent job to shield their young ones from harm but it isn’t always easy to do. I can only hope that their abuser is in jail way from other ppl.

  • @lynne3g you almost made water come to my eyes because the amount of people that is attacking me for highlighting this but here you come expressing genuine hearth felt concern, you are a nice person and caring one I must add. The fact of the matter it was their parents that abused them, basically their father Ras Shorty I. Their mother Ms. Claudette was kinda victim also! Shorty to me was a great artist, the Don Juan of the Caribbean and very talented but he was an 'Undiagnosed Madman'.

  • @Quelvisv thanks for the info...One can only hope that Shorty I kids will not mimic his bad behaviors even though he is the "PIONEER OF SOC" he must be held accountable for his actions!

  • @lynne3g that is want I am talking bout! But as for the PIONEER OF SOCA this a big lie! Shorty did not start this new Soul/Calypso music we now called Soca. What Shorty pioneered a beat called SOKAH that is what we now called Chutney. Shorty lied and the multitude believed his lies, as a matter of fact he started to believe in his own lies! If you or any other want to dialog for enlightenment I am available but if you or any other need an argument check else where. The truth must be known.

  • @Quelvisv You're right Shorty started SOKAH -a mixture of Calypso and east indian rhythms MISSPELLED as soca in the 70's.

Soca is NOT a mixture of calypso and soul music as all.

Listen to a calypso, listen to a soul song, mixed them together in your head (lol), do you end up with soca music? The answer should be no.

Soca is not soul music and Calypso, it is the soul (meaning the heart or feeling or spirit) of calypso, originally spelled sokah,

Chutney is a mixture of soca n indian music.

  • @jspankin With all due respect you are half right and I hope that this enlightment does not end up in an argument! You are right with the East Indian thing but it was not a miss-pelt, it was a deliberate plot by Shorty to create this confusion after his version off his SOKAH did not take off in 1974 with his album called 'THE LOVE MAN'. Shorty was originally against this mixture of Soul and Calypso music in the beginning and when he observed that water was more than fire he claimed the other!

  • @Quelvisv i don't want to argue, but the idea that soca is a mixture of soul music and calypso came later. Shorty's indrani does not sound like the soca of today (it resembles soca chutney) that's true. But no record in any genre that was made 40 years ago sounds like today music. A calypso (not soca) from 1970 sounds nothing like todays calypso. R&B from 1970 sounds nothing like todays R&B . Similarly shorty's soca evolved into modern soca. Anyway soul and calypso will not result in soca.

  • @jspankin I know that Indrani does not sound like the SOCA today! I KNOW THAT! That is why I told you earlier Shorty lied! In 1972 King Wellington had a hit for Carnival called NEW CALYPSO MUSIC and I challenge you as a matter of fact I double dare your, I triple dare you and any other to search for KING WELLINGTON on the net and you will find his 1974 album 'Who Is King Wellington'. He had the 'New Calypso Music' tune on it! Listen to the music and the lyrics, YOU will say Shorty is a LIAR!

  • @jspankin I must add that in 1973 Shorty & Wellington had their biggest hits! They were in the same OYB Tent, it was the first year that Sparrow was not a factor in his own Tent, he used to close the first half although he won the Calypso King title. Shorty did ART OF MAKING LOVE & INDRANI directly followed by Wellington with STEEL AND BRASS! Prior to 1973 it was unthinkable to even imagine Sparrow closing the first half and not closing his own Tent! Wellington is still paying for this!!!!

  • This song makes me wanna jumb up to the ceiling!!!! it rocks

  • When I think of how these kids were abuses by their father (Shorty I) and the authorities just stood there and did nothing it give me chills because April's death could have been prevented! They were pulled outta school by their father on the pretext that society was corrupted. Because of our love and respect for Shorty we never really recognize that Shorty actions were consistent with someone that is mad! Shorty I, to me was an undiagnosed 'Schizophrenic' because of his conflicting views!!

  • @Quelvisv what does your comment have to do wit the song! sad story

  • @lynne3g what does anything have to do with everything? What does your reply have to do with my comment? What does shit have to do with the universal order of all things? The ups & downs? lefts & rights? ins & outs? good & bad? In the cycle of life there is something that is fundamental & we label it balance. There is also something called self-righteousness which always seem to justify/defend religious wickedness, this is the ultimate form of abuse may it be self abuse or abuse to another.

  • I wonder if people know this is a Christian song? lol Strong message. "...God you have my back, always defend me when I'm under attack. You never leave me hungry, You never leave me thirsty..."

  • @guitargeekette True! lol..well some ppl realised, but in Trini nuff ppl liked to "bruck out" to the song anyway in the fetes. Oh well maybe the message will enter subliminally and not be lost...hmm

  • @guitargeekette Aren't there two versions of this song??? The first time I heard this song was on i95.5 fm during a debate about whether Gospel-ypso (Gospel & Calypso music fused) is blasphemy. During that nite II was almost certain that the chorus line was "Lord I've got to say I love you." But then I've heard this song other times and the chorus is "Girl I've got to say I love you".......... I think there are two versions floating around.

  • @DigitalIslandboy Oh, well if that's the case then, jeeze I can understand the mix up then. I've never heard this other version though, this one is the one I always hear.

  • lmao.. yea he does look like the rasta t-pain everyoung73

  • Comment removed

  • @LilaniAnjali His music is very innovative just like his father's... Ras Shorty I.... (The inventor of Soca music in the 1970s.)
