They ask if they can search or say they want you to get out to search but you do not have to let them search if you do not want them to. They have to have probably cause or a search warrant.

If this is real you can send this video to your news station they will eat this up. Also an officer can reprimanded for not being professional and not following procedures and last time I checked telling someone to go fuck himself is not part of procedure.

@ucvessel Not legally, that is, not without probable cause or (controversially) at least reasonable suspicion of a crime. If the cop would search anyway without consent, he may later have to support the search with a claim of actually seeing or smelling something that may well turn out to not be there.
As you see, the word "warrant" can really set them off. It's less confrontational to say firmly something like "respectfully, Officer, I do not consent to any search (of my person or property)".
