Although the point of inability to create life in laboratories may be (at least to my generally imperfect knowledge) valid - all the cloning and growing of organs, etc. that you mentioned doesn't (yet?) involve creating life ,,from zero", that is - from a substance totally devoid of life; there are always already living cells being used in those processes as the base of them (at least to my imperfect knowledge mentioned before). AFAIK the abiogenesis remains a hypothesis.

Cloning is, and by some definitions isn't ,,creating" life. One could argue, that it is merely modifying / replicating the one already present and given to us.

I saw an article recently on VFX's argument in this video. Its basically a version of the Universal Apologetic. "God is transcends reality, therefore he is not detectable to reality-bound agents". The universal apologetic is not kindly looked upon in philosophy circles.
