Yea i know what you mean, i actually ordered this from play asia awhile back, it was like $80!!! and it took seriously like 3-4 weeks to arrive...thats awhile. Mmm its been a month since you posted this so hopefully you have it now!

Just beat squall on inward chaos

or you can just go to inward chaos and just keep killing a level 99 squall on a hard difficulty. He is on the second stage, and is the enemy in the right lower corner of the "square". If you don't get it, press start, go to the three option, than press the first one. It will restart you to the beginning of that stage, and you can farm

yea thats how i got it...but for the other weapons such as "one winged angel" and "fenrir" i have no such luck what so ever. cheers!
