At 2:30, Robert suggests taping yourself, and I totally agree! If you tape yourself speaking you can see how you are doing afterward. If you want to get others to evaluate your speaking, you can upload your videos to Soapbox Guru. I recommend it to everyone who wants to improve public speaking.
