Oh I rememeber this episode Adam uses broken morpher then lost powers. But later on Adam get his morpher its has on Operation Overdrive with two part episodes.

i think the entire zeo cast should have their powers, they never lost them. They just stopped using them during and after the turbo movie.

they all still have their old morphers / powers, it's just some of them dont have their powers anymore. I cant remember when Carlos took over for Adam but Adam definitely didn't have his Turbo powers as Carlos had them at the time.
