When it comes to piracy yes we all understand you cant afford every game that is out there but Med 2 is a game people really should buy. Besides playing the regular game and its expansions you have the option of downloading free player made mods that can give hundreds of more hours of enjoyment and still be looking forward to Third Age 3.0 , its just so worth buying , literally hundreds and hundreds of hours of play , freaking awesome

i haven't read this book before, i just watched the movie. Can some one tell me why the Rohan Capital (or city? im not sure) look like a village/town in the movie and this clip? especially when i compared it to Minas Stirith, seen like a hut vs a villas.

awesome work but in 0:52 the houses look like tends from a far (making them a little taller would solve it) and ive noticed that you cant place archer in the walls :( but anyway great work by Devils_Advocate

btw a question ive seen the new hight elves preview will you guys rework gondor too ? (in my opinion making the armor darker and adding some more metallic effects would do the trick)

i have a question MasterBigAb. First what mode or game style do you go on to, to go to edoras and have the riders go out of the gate without having to go on battle mode. Like in this video the riders are moving round edoras but they are not fithing anyone. In other words can you play in a settlement without having to fight anyone? 2nd can you play TATW with a pirate copy of MTW2 that works perfectly and a friend has TATW the old patch and it works. thank you very much and you rock :)

@BadBoySalva No I actually fought a battle in custom battle, i just gave the enemy one unit of balista and let my cavalery walk out the other side....

About the 2nd thing: I am all against such piracy, the whole TW series from Shogun till Napoleon are like 20€ only on Steam. If you liek the game and the mod it should be worth it, don't you think ?!

@Tejmaster1 if you like total war itself, AND the LOTR universe, i would suggest start playing now.. just to get a feel for the different factions and get to know their pro's and contras, so you can start off with a good knowledge about them when 3.0 gets released.. I CANT WAIT :-/

if i download the patch, will it wipe any saved data? If it does, would cutting the saved game file to another location, downloading and installing the patch, then cutting and pasting the saved file back, work?

@SaphirePhoenix08 3.0 will be a whole new version no patch you need to delete your old TATW version and then you have to download the new.

btw next week there will be the official preview of tatw 3.0 on the twcenter.net

But you can install the game twice or just skip your old lets play and start a new one wich will be 10x more awesome beacause of all the new things in 3.0 ;)

If you want to finish your Rohan Campaign, you should do so WITHIN 2.0, not in 3.0.

Its the same deal with 1.0 gameplay not being compatible with 2.0.
