Good time? Ask the family recently held hostage on a Carnival vessek, accused of doing damage tot heir cabin. Luckily the passenegrs had reported the damage and once they signed a waiver never to return were they allowed to disembark. One problem: that is possible imprisonment charges against Carnival..who revoked the agreement. You can take your life into your own hands..your choice. Once Carnival has your money..if you need their infamous custoemr service deptartment...good luck!

NO, I do not work in the industry but I am sick & tired of this company running gunshot doing whatever they want. I'm lying? The family held hostage on a Carnival ship by Carnival is the top viewed thres on Cruise Critic!! Go to the board..it's the very first topic to read with nearly 8,000 hits. I am sick and tired of my financial investment in Carnival represented like this..John Heald in particular is so vulgar and rude. The same dearth of creativity on these ships and a Pres/CEO who are not approachable or open to the customer base. it is time for an urgently needed change.

@homeric9 Dude seriously get a life!! There's nothing wrong with Carnival. Carnival is not only Cruise Line with all these colisions..I've been on Carnival lots of times and nothing went bad or wrong. I do have about 3 dislikes about Carnival but that's not stopping me from loving their cruise line. Carnival is the 1st cruise line I liked since 04...Leave Carnival alone. If you dont like them..Then quit commenting on their videos to bring them down!

@cruisesstar22 You can choose to cruise with the cruise line that has had 6 major accidents in as many months, you can choose to cruise with the cruise line that has had drug busts on their ships. And ask the families of those who have had relatives DIE on their shipsrecently.

I've never really thought of it this way...I'm guessin I'll work on Royal Caribbean..or..Disney...Just sayin dude I've been on one Carnival's OLDEST! ships 2 awesome times and There went nothin wrong with the Sensation and the dream(aint old) but ya! There's some days I HATE CARNIVAL alot and then theirs some days I love Carnival alot!

Like you sweetshark3, my family has travelled numerous times with Carnival on a variety of their gorgeous ships. We leave again in January on the Dream and we can't wait!!!! The only unfortunate thing is that we will not have John Heald on board as our Cruise Director. Happy Cruising to you in the future!!!! Go Carnival!!!!!
