Is this the Original pizza or is it the white pizza? I tried the original pizza and it ended up being a margarita style pizza, which is not what I envisioned my NYC style pizza to be like. It tasted the same as the margarita pizza I got from Romano's Macaroni Grill. However, Ray's Pizza 1.5 blocks north of Lombardi's was excellent. It was everything I wanted in a NYC style pizza like in the 2nd Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Movie: Secret of the Ooze.

Yeah 30 buxs a pie is pretty steep. Here in Miami i can go to Pizza Rustica and eat a giant slice for $3.50- I don't have to go as far as i did to eat great pizza. Pizza is pizza in the long run and if you look hard enough in your neighborhood you can find that diamond.

yes, definitely go there. i went in july 2007...was my first time and it is very good pizza, fresh also. i think a regular pepperoni was something like $20. nothing outrageous. its at the corner of spring and mott st. at 32 spring street.
