  • PS: get plenty of rest and have some fun. And be patient with it all. Life has its inner and outer storms and they are a natural, even if uncomfortable part of being human. What you don't want is to fixate and obsess about these states, and thereby create recurring loops.

  • The knots: let everything be in its own way. Don't try to make yourself be in any special way. Give it all lots of space sitting with it gently, and they will unravel in their own way/time. Keep the mind's attention simple, and don't get dragged into the voices (if you're mindful you're not in the story, if you in the story you're not mindful). Physically, keep up the exercise and keep your life's activities grounded, simple directed towards practical goals, step by step. <3 xx

  • is not helpful. sometimes we really have to search within ourselves to get past the bullshit and into the light again. ideas can get clouded over with time. hang on, stay strong, and know you're supported.

  • hahah it's pretty silly but i find it to be helpful sometimes. also, know there are people out there who care and are going through similar situations. i think a lot of people feel like you do right now, in the present moment. thank you for reaching out. i probably should have just written this all in a single message but..too late. hang in there, know you can talk to me whenever, and keep on remembering what you love and taking time to think about/do those things. sometimes socialization

  • also, there was a huge solar flare the other day. i have been feeling pretty wonky myself, maybe that has something to do with all this? who knows. i watched a few of your other videos and realized what a creative genius u already are! life may be a struggle now but if you keep on keepin on in the direction of love and peace, life will sort itself out. remember to tell yourself how wonderful you are everyday. write letters to yourself, asking questions, motivating yourself...

  • interests/issues they're dealing with. there are free talks/meditation/reiki/anythin­g sessions everywhere, it's just a matter of seeking them out. but i would say the first thing to do is to meditate, Aeoliah's Guided Chakra meditation is amazing. Then write down what you love to do...things that really make you happy. then do one or two or all for 10 minutes a day. then move to 20, and so on. making things helps me sort out what's going on in my life. literally anything...paper snowflakes,

  • also, there are a lot of great books out there such as "When Two Worlds Touch," Osho's Mind Body Balancing (and others from him are great, too). Also, I find therapy helps, if you find someone who you connect with. It's worth looking for/into. I like it when they mostly ask questions and let me speak freely. At first, I held back, A LOT, in sessions, but now I've invited the help. it seems like you're at a place where you want help. seek out groups (meetup.com) with people who have similar

  • you're brave to ask for help. a lot of people keep it in and act out in other ways. i used to suffer from depression and anxiety. meditation has helped me tremendously, because oftentimes our problems build on one another and we don't feel like there's a way out. meditation (esp. chakra cleansing) is a really great healing tool that is free and pretty easy to learn. those "knots," i think, are built up energy..energy that's not being released properly and becoming tighter.

  • I agree with esklid - it could be something were holding onto without realizing it. I've been going through several emotions which have been getting more and more intense and i believe they are starting to settle down now, deff could be something from the past. It will get better soon <3

  • It may be something you are holding on to, without being aware.. The ego mind may be afraid of loosing something that you are currently letting go of without being consciously aware of it. From my experience, you are describing how I feel when that happens.. Pay attention to your dreams and see what your unconscious mind is working on at the moment, it may give you some answers..   • Hey Luv, I feel you. Ive kinda been feeling the same actually. Ive really been just kinda embracing the silence.... enjoying some simple pleasures (like hot baths) that may stir up some deep emotion that hasn't been kicked up yet.( I like to hot box the bathroom with burning sage)
