After the rev died Mike Portnoy helped them finish Nightmare. after that they had to get a permanent drummer because the rev is...well..dead. The rev died in 2009. this show was held in 2011..Arin was not on the Guitar the only people playing the guitar was Zacky V and the lucky fan...and on the bass was Johnny Christ. Syn sat to the side as the lucky fan played guitar..whos fuckin retarded?
