the actual world's fastest growing city is "The Pearl River Delta" fueled mostly by the growth of the cities of Shenzhen & Donguan since the 97 Hong Kong "handover"..fishing villages 30y ago, Shenzhen has 12m people, Donguan another 7m, these add to the fast growing city of Guangzhau (Canton), (from 7m 20years ago, up to 14m now) the already insane population-density of HK itself (highest on earth) & other growing cities like Foshan (7m) .

But the whole city is importing ALL, work,food,water,power,people, all it gives in return is waste - I do wonder were do they are going to dump it.This people should know that the only way they could make this city to survive is to open free world banks that will be only there,like all exclusive,tax,and question free accounts,only in Dubai.Other way it will dye and fall as fast it was built or faster.
