I didn't like the way the man playing the center position has no scoring options. It would be a lot better if something could be included in there instead of passing to him as a last resort to make a shot from the free throw line.

We also play this where the high post goes ball side right away, then the guard goes opposite and the other guard goes to high post. That way our post player sees more action then just screening at the free throw line.

This is what you call old time basketball, and it works. I use it with my team (I'm a high school coach & it can be devastating. So many screeners then get screens set for them it tends to confuse many defense.
