still it would say something for a magical girl series if they broke that rule and the side kick died at the end of the first season, and like Near a new smaller and more annoying sidekick took his place so show how much better off we were with the first sidekick.

heck the only one I saw breaking rules even close was when I saw the first episode of Moetan, didn't watch the rest cause it seems lame unless your into MGanime since it's a parody and I wouldn't get all the jokes.
