So what does the adapter really do? Seems like the same connections that it provides are already on the phone. Last time I used an adapter of any type it converted one connection type to another and this does not do any of that - HELLO. Appears to be something Motorola in their GREED mode invented just to make more money IMO. Let me know what you guys think. Razor Owner..
@frankyvee1 It does duplicate the connections but what it does is within that box tell the phone it is a mototorla accessory and that when a HDMI cable is connected to go into the webtop mode. Other phones can connect to a tv with just a hdmi cable but you see exactly what is on the device screen. With Motorola you get a slightly different screen but the adapter tells the phone to do this.
