Great testimonial to Egoscue! As an Egoscue Method Posture Fitness Coach in Nashville, I am always excited to see the community helping one another. Good video. good work!
Thank you for posting this--it was very helpful. I bought Egoscue's book "Pain Free", but it really, really helps to see someone actually do the e-cises.
I know some of those e-cises can be really tough so keep at it and deffinitely get back with your next follow up. One personal experience I had was with Rick Mathis out at the Austin, TX clinique. After I was done I was sweating and I thought I was in pretty good shape. Afterwards I went to scratch my head and ended up hitting my chin, my body didn't even know where my arm was. That was mind blowing.
Ah Dave, right on man. Egoscue ecises just make sense. I've been doing them for about a couple years with some ups and downs through life but I've had a big layoff and would love to get back in it. I consider myself a pretty challenge posture 2 guy, all twisted, lol. I've been a long distance runner which didn't help but re-inforce everything. My biggest issue was plantar-fasciatis(foot pain in a big way) So my big thumbs up to you to do it each and every day you can!!
Thanks for doing those Egoscue videos. I've been doing the exercises from the book for 2 months now with great results. I'm getting my first "Skype" evaluation this Monday with the Nashville Office. Can't wait.
thanks for the posts, simple, logical, no risk exercises
