I did 18 months at Now Fm back in the day, and although never an OB in Lightning Ridge, myself and the breakfast guy Blunty did DJ a Bluelight Disco out there...Interesting!

Fool, better to have a free wheeling country station, keeping it local, doing what they like than an over researched, blanded out cap city station that all the 'cool kids' listen to.
PS. what do you think makes more more money, NOW FM or a Macbank station in market of similar size? The bank ain't bank much...
