  • What about the Chinese? They eating it for 1000s of years?

  • @mattshutube There's a reason Asians seem immune to MSG: GREEN TEA !

Virtually all Asians drink it daily, it blocks the glutamate receptors. If you don't believe it, try it for yourself, but use home brewed green tea and be sure to start drinking early in the day, at least 2 cups so your body is saturated by the time you eat the MSG (may I suggest an Asian buffet). Some of the popular bottled brands of green tea are a joke that don't have enough of the active ingredients to work.

  • MSG is Slowly Poisoning America. It's the most widely used flavor enhancer in the world used in most processed foods, fast foods, Chinese food & nearly all canned & frozen foods.

Despite the scientific evidence making this connection to pain, cancer patients are not being informed of this risk & no work is being done by medical researchers to see if patients improve on excitotoxin-free diets. Always read the labels to know what you’re buying before you put in in your cart, or in your mouth.

  • All people need to do is read the ingredients on any package to see that what's in those packages, isn't even "food" anymore! WAKE UP! BTW: corn, soy, canola and cottonseed is ALL GMO.

  • obesity was minimal in the Philippines and one of the most populated country in the world and we put msg on almost all of our food, thenl obesity went up when mcdonalds pizza shops and kfc opened shop

  • @TheSamjulian The American diet consists of processed food, junk food and animal based foods such as meat and dairy products. When MSG added to this kind of food, weight gain and other health issues are inevitable because MSG chemically triggers an increase in appetite.

For people who eat mostly healthy foods (such as fruits and vegetables) the harmful effects of MSG won't be as bad.

Please check out the text area located below to this video for more information.

  • @HealthRanger7 i read that Whey protien and also Whey isolates have Msg is this true also is glutamine the same as glutamate

  • @jiminirvana For a list of the hidden names for MSG, please check out the text section located below Part 4. In addition, check out the websites listed there as well.

  • illkd1783, Asians could be much less MSG sensitive, than other ethnic groups.

But I'm not sure they live longer than people of any one continent.

  • @thoughtcriminal1776 There's a reason Asians seem immune to MSG: GREEN TEA !!! Virtually all Asians drink it daily. It blocks the glutamate receptors.

  • Ok... Asians use it in almost every food they eat. How come then do they leave longer then we do?

  • @illkd1783 I mean live

  • @illkd1783 Please make you channel available, I would like to send you important info about MSG.

  • @illkd1783 Most Asians don't use MSG in their home cooking. Asian restaurants use MSG to enhance the flavor of the foods to make you think they have skilled chefs. LOL

  • @hopeechangee Many thanks for that info! I will save the information regarding Green Tea for future use.

  • @HealthRanger7 Done! Question: I went through many processed product here in Quebec(Canada) and I can't find HFCS ingredient (high fructose corn syrup).

For exemple, on a box of Kellog's CornFlakes, the 2nd thing on the list is "Sugar/Glucose-Fructose". My guess is this name is a cover-up. Besides, under the list, at the bottom in small caracters "Not for sale outside Canada". What the hell does that mean.

So, is "HFCS" written as it is on your processed foods, on your side of the border?

  • @philacoudre You are correct, High Fructose Corn Syrup is known as glucose/fructose in Canada...

Please watch my video on HFCS to learn more.

  • Food tip - quick healthy breakFAST:

buy old-fashioned rolled oat (oatmeal, preferably organic)

    IN THE EVE, take a hand full of it and soak it with milk or your favorite beverage;

put it in the fridge, covered, overnight.Enjoy in the morning.

I reheat mine for a minute in the microwave at 80%pwr. +any fruits u want +a pinch of cinnamon and/or unsweetened cocoa powder.Cinnamon is a good swap over sugar, but carefull not 2put in 2much! You could "overdose" O_o It has powerfull med. props.

  • @philacoudre

google "cinnamon properties" to find out! They say honey is good to,be sure 2buy the better though more expensive unpasteurized honey!

Forgot to say, you can enjoy any rolled grain you want using this method, which is so satisfyingly fast and nourrishing

    Peace.

  • Oh, I also suggest varying meals before you get bored. This is crucial to a healty diet. You wanna get the greater variety 2get the most nutrients available. And "preparation"... did you notice it has the prefix "pre"? It means 'in advance', 'prior to'. So it goes without saying the first thing 2 do is 'think about it and plan'! Knowledge is nothing without practice. And be patient and indulgent! See, nutrition even teaches us lessons of life! :D

  • @81NAG: Preach on! I agree with you...

  • the illuminati- make people sick (so we can buy THEIR medicine) and make people infertile so they will lower the world population. Please wake up.

  • What about soil, plants, trees, and water?Got to have that taste though right. Gotta get that instant relief from hunger. Love the taste of that sugar in my water. Chips and Soda with a fast burger in fact. Dont care if the main course is made from animal whatever- just as long as my food looks as advertised. Salivation before anticipation-I know could lead to two fat thighs..but my kid wants his choice because his comes with a toy surprise all for only 1.99 when all I got is five. Farmers?

  • This is an Excellent series which carry the VERY IMPORTANT Message that MSG is a poison which has been extensively added to most of our processed foods. It's name has been disguised as a "food enhancer" to the extent of landing into Baby Foods. How can the governing Administrations allow such harmful additives? It's Everywhere and only through Healthy Choices, like my 8- year-old who shops after reading the labels first, can we have Power to the Consumer! by CoachHealthyMe

  • added to my playlists - its so important for everyone to know this - many many thanks again

  • Interesting, but yea are the Chinnese or Japanesse living much longer because they use it too? so not sure if its good or bad?

  • @aBearLover2 For people who eat mostly rice, vegetables and fish (such as the Japanese), the effects of MSG won't be as bad. The healthy effects of such a diet will counteract the harmful effects of MSG.

The dangers and toxicity of MSG are even better explained in the film Sweet Misery, which can be viewed on video-dot-google-dot-com. Start watching at 34:00 into the film for more details.

  • @aBearLover2 Go ask some Fukushima resident if he/she thinks will live longer than average americans. °_° Perhaps you don't no where Fukushima is?

  • @aBearLover2 But seriously, I think HealthRanger7 was right on the previous answer he gave you. I'll add that Asian people ALSO eat special ingredients (herbs and spices) that we, americans, are unlikely using i.e. grated ginger root, garlic(they put it in everything and it's wonderfull), turmeric(needs the fat in a meal to be absorbed in your stomach, pepper will 2X it's power)

Next time you cook rice(whole), add pressed/squeezed/crushed garlic to it. I personally go for one big clove per cup.

  • @aBearLover2 turmeric (a type of cumin) goes great with tomato ingredient e.g. in a soup, it's just fantastic. Carefull on quantity, use it like you would with any spices. (I found turmeric in the ingredient list of a dijon mustard bought at the Dollar Store! Futhermore, didn't find any bad glutamate-like ing. in it. Last time I went to the supermarket, I couldn't find the $1 mustard. That is to say, read the labels!)

  • @jccgold ahh,pat robertson,my favorite christian satanist.

  • Seems like America and any of its leadership puppets, have become spineless fiat puppets to the Agenda-21 Aka The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America, including Nutrition, someone wake me up,, I'm leaving in the FUCKING Twilight Zone,, and no one in leadership Seems to Give a FUCK!!

  • I eat fast food everyday for breakfast and lunch because I'm in a hurry for school at 8am and I always feel lazy afterwards. Taking some time to prepare food the night before can make a difference.

  • @jccgold Making people overaet is only good for the corporation selling it. Naturally ocurring MSG in tomatoes, fish, meat etc are in the 30mg range. That's about 0.3g for a steak, 0.2g for a ripe tomato. MSG used in food as an additive can stack up to a whopping 200g a day, that's about 1000 times the normal acurring amount. The issue is concentration. one tablespoon of salt wont harm you, but I dare you to eat 1000 spoons and live...

  • @jccgold In large amounts, opium kills people too! Imagine eating a tomato with 400mg of morphine in it LOL. It is natural, so what is the problem LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Opium, cocaine and nicotine are naturally occurring, all you have to do is grow them, do they kill people? LOL. Oh, wait, black people rape white people under the influence of these particular plants, so they are bad! LOL!!!! Morons.

  • @jccgold MSG is a synthetic free form amino acid. Any time you break down a protein to a free form amino acid you will get high concentrations of excitotoxins. Excitotoxins are substances that stimulate neurons to death, causing brain damage in varying degrees. To fully understand this you will have to look at some neuroscience literature. In particular experiments on glutamate blood levels in rhesus monkeys, guinea pigs, and mice. Synthetic MSG is the problem not naturally occurring.

  • @jccgold Glutamate is one of about 20 amino acids that are used to create proteins (in the same way that letters of the alphabet create words). Glutamate is in proteins which are naturally found in our bodies and many foods. It is not bad for us in this form. But when the glutamic acid is isolated and removed from the protein, I believe this is when it becomes harmful (free glutamate or msg). It has a different effect on the brain + body than glutamate found naturally in a protein chain.

  • @jccgold What I mean by free-flowing MSG is the artificially produced MSG compared to naturally occurring glutamate in certain vegetables. MSG does cause an increase in appetite and it is a neurotoxin.

  • @jccgold Free-flowing MSG is harmful to our health. The diet in many western countries consists of processed food, junk food and animal based foods such as meat and dairy products. When MSG added to this kind of food, weight gain and health issues are inevitable.

For people who eat mostly rice, vegetables and fish (such as the Japanese), the effects of MSG won't be as bad. The healthy effects of such a diet will counteract the harmful effects of MSG.

  • Lol...just saw an old episode of party of five.

    Charlie: What's for diiner?

Kerstin: Chenies-food with extra MSG. and YOU?

    Charlie: sodapop with aspartain

  • I just noticed that my Peter pan peanut butter has hydrogenated vegetable oils in it

  • If someone votes down rating this video obiously their brain is all fucked up by the monosodium Glutamate!! Lol..

  • If someone votes down on this video is because their brains are already fucked up by the MSG!! Lol..

  • im preggo right now and I have kept it out of my diet, but eating on certain occasions isnt bad especailly when you incorporate dark greens as a side dish. Its just that its in EVERYTHING that most ppl dont notice the dangers it causes. MSG is right up there with the dangerous amounts of sodium and sugar thats in every American diet. My boyfriend was the one to open my eyes about my sodium amount and i never noticed that i use it in everything-lol

  • so thoses are the symptoms ? i have all of those -.-

  • I switched to ''organic'' and have not been sick in 5 years :) I also Jordon Rubans book 'The Makers Diet ''.

  • I HAVE to wash my fruits under hot water for like 5 min. my mom thinks im crazy about all this msg and im startin to get on her nerves about reading labels and askin her what ingredients she uses but im tryin to protect myself so i can be healthy. i also try my best even though its extremly hard to avoid aspartame and trans fat/hydronated oils. America has fcked up food, but not eating foods with that crap helped me to lose weight which is a plus.

  • what kind of water do you use to wash your fruits ?

  • the water from my facute; why?

  • @MsPisces15

67% of the municipal water in the USA is fluoridated! If that is the case in your town, consider getting a fluoride water filter.

Fluoride is basically rat poison and very bad for your health.

Check out my fluoride video to learn more.

  • @HealthRanger7 but theres such a small amount in water that it wont harm you, especaily if you eat healthy, your body will balance itself out. if it was so deadly then my unborn child would be dead by now. dont worry about it toooooo much. besides its good for your teeth. besides what would you suggest ppl to do about the water? where do we get water then?

  • @WeThePeopleRleaders I assume you are talking about fluoride?

Then please watch my video ''The Dangers of Fluoride & Water Fluoridation"

  • @WeThePeopleRleaders ITS NOT good for your teeth..look it up

  • "Fluoride is basically rat poison and very bad for your health."

HealthRanger, do you really feel the need to lie? Or is it that you don't understand why communities fluoridate (as well as chlorinate) our drinking water? Your claim that fluorine in our water is poison, is nothing less than completely, utterly wrong, and even a quick web search would tell you that.

  • @thrustfang Please watch the film 'The Fluoride Deception' on YouTube to learn how we have been deceived into thinking that fluoride is good for us.

In addition, please watch my video 'The Dangers of Fluoride' and read the text box below that video for more information. Fluoride is a poison that causes dental fluorosis (damage to teeth) , brittle bones and many other health problems.

  • @HealthRanger7

A video on YouTube is not trustworthy evidence compared to the medical science that was done before making the decision to fluoridate water and toothpaste. Fluoride is not a 'poison' by any means, otherwise it would not be in our water, and to claim otherwise is absurd conspiracy theorist nonsense I'm afraid.

Go ahead, you can ask your dentist next time you see him/her, ask them why they fluoridate. They're the teeth experts, you don't need to take my word for it.

  • @thrustfang You have not done your research. I can't go into it here but if you research the so called "medical science" behind it and then research what is actually passed off as fluoride into our water systems you'll understand that science is not as much at fault as politics and vested interests are.

  • @thrustfang Flouride is poison, period. its the most electronegative element there is, moreso than chlorine. its poison! why defend it? sorry bud, but you are defending the defenseless.

  • @thrustfang um are u saying flouride is alright that even though its a degenerate substance that if it doesn't show signs right away then its alright?Do you know how powerful our bodies really are?But ok if u cant listen to reason then what do u see when u read the back of your toothpaste what u should do when you consume the toothpaste?CONTACT POISON CONTROL! But hey if you would like to prove your statement then eat a whole tube of toothpaste and see how quick your body responds genius lol

  • MSG plays a huge role in the rise in autism among children today. Magnesium and vitamin B6 therapy works well with autistic children because of high glutamate levels partially from too much MSG intake.

  • cbn news.. lol

  • Even the stuff at Whole Foods has cosmetic wax on it...

  • MSG isnt the ONLY bad chemical. Theres so many that if we took all the foods away with bad stuff in them the grocery store would shrink to a fruit stand on the side of a road

  • fruit isn't the only unprocessed food in grocery stores

  • go read a book retard

  • btw that last comment was intended for greatestsongsoflife

  • @greatestsongsofLIFE yes, avoid ALL processed foods and ALL animal products. Eat only raw organic fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds and drink only water that contains NO fluoride, live in a community with clean air, get a reasonable amount of sun each day, get plenty of exercise, develop a positive mental attitude, develop a positive relationship with your creator, and.. you'll live a much healthier life.

  • I think I had a deathly encounter with Carrageenan a day ago -- went into anaphylactic shock and had to be taken to the hospital.

  • Ok, got it!

    Ghost

  • The nwo is poisening our food.Shame on them.

  • Obviously, the poisons always seem to affect either our brains or our fertility.

  • Thanks, again, for sharing. Keep up your great work.

    Lisa

  • Damit. I'll be checking all my label before i purchase anything!

  • Its better to make fresh food for each meal and avoid all between meal snacks. One area of the world that makes fresh food for each meal is in the State of Kerala in India. There is a book called...CURRIED FAVOURS by MAYA KAIMAL that has most of the recipes. Available online through Amazon and others. i have no financial interest in the sale of the book,... except your good health!. ONLY CAUTION;- MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR SPICES FROM A RELIABLE SOURCE. SOME INDIAN COMPANIES ADULTRATE THE SPICES!

  • There is a connection between a persons inability to absorb vitamin B_6 and being allergic to MSG. Some authorities say that -not the regular vitamin B_6 but an activated form must be taken to offset the allergy. Be smart. Work with your doctor.

  • It may not taste the same, but lime juice can be used as a substitute.

  • I see myself a few years from now filing a lawsuit.......

  • I'll be right there with you my friend!

Perhaps unless the N.W.O. is already in play..............

  • How is it even legal to sell things that can harm us? I say we file suit on the FDA.

  • The FDA is actually not really interested in protecting consumers, they are the working VERY closely with the food and the pharmaceutical industry.

The FDA approves food additives and pharmaceutical drugs based on the industry's OWN research....

    A conflict of interest, anyone?

  • you need to get informed.

    infowars . com

  • Saw all 4 parts now, great info, will add the tips in my daily life, thanks !

    Sharkie

  • Saved to my computer- Thanks again!

  • You know, I react to shiny apples worse than bread or skim milks msg!

  • coz Hitlers in charge, around the word.

  • I just dumped alot of stuff with msg!!! Ugh...

  • That's good. The stuff gave me two types of arrhythmia in my heart! A year to the day after being off of it, my weight started dropping a lot! They hide it in so many things though.

  • Good for you! That's one of the BEST things that you could ever do for your health!

  • Sounds like this was done on purpose, In order to weaken the immune system of an informed populace.

  • @gotveggieoil : i think it was just the japs,, being industrial about things,, and embracing all things fake,,making a broth from Konbu seeweed is tasty (the elusive "5th' flavour) so they tried to emulate it.. MSG is really big business--dont forget that.. but yeh i have never been informed of the ill affects of aspartame or MSG in the mainstream media in the UK which is suspicious.

  • @gotveggieoil And sell us drugs. Just like the lie about saturated fats and animal products back in the 50's to sell us HFCS, and force us onto carb diets (eating grain like livestock). And now voila, 80% reduction in animal fat intake, 400% increase in sugar intake, 240% carb intake increase, and obesity and diabetes through the fucking roof. i'll take my home-made butter and local farmer steak on local free range chicken eggs over the usual corn/sugar/starch orgie any day.

  • Thanks a lot for posting!

  • GREAT POST everyone comment and rate and share please !!! 5 STARS! *****

  • I'm trying to go Organic raw vegan! This shit is SCARY!!!!!!!

  • As i've said repeatedly, if we can't trustthe government with our food, HOW IN THE HELL DO WE TRUST THEM WITH ANYTHING ELSE!?

  • @Elmeromero1 that is an excellent point.

  • My God! Damn near everything has at least one of those ingredients you list

  • I learned if you shop on all the outside of the isles you'll be alot healthier and void most processed foods...

  • Thank you for posting this! 5*****

  • Will put this on my front page in the favourites, thanks.

  • MSG can go under the simple name of "flavourings" (Hienz use this tactic) and when a product says "flavour enhancer" we should all have alarm bells ringing in our heads.

  • ...Or other proprietary blends, i've noticed this!

  • Having MS diet without the product image enhancers, MSG does not aggree with MS

  • It truly is criminal that in this day and age we are being deceived by those in charge. MSG should be called just what it is to allow the consumer to make an educated choice. When they mentioned to buy organic fruit and veg because MSG is in the wax used on these products, I just about fell off my chair. Again, it's criminal!

  • So sad! So VERY sad :(

  • grow your own food, grow your own food, grow your own food!!!

  • haha!! I tried that it was too hard! :/

  • OMG!!

    Thanks!!

  • Speaking of Isaiah 55:2...

Seems like this video is for christians only...if that is so I apologise to comment.

P.S. (again) MSG enhances the flavor of food, but it is NOT safe.

    Than WHAT is safe?

  • Hi sahharmalta,

I have uploaded these videos to help equip people to live healthier lives.

I put the bible verse Isaiah 55:2 in the text to show that even the Scriptures warn us of poor (food) choices.

"People are destroyed for lack of knowledge"

    Hosea 4:6 (KJV)

    This principle applies to everyone!

Please check out my other health videos.

    Best wishes,

    HealthRanger7

  • We had similar chemicals in a local kind of crackers/biscuits...I do agree about controlling levels of poisonous substances, but ultimately that this is just like the anti-smoking or even anti-drug campaign...

I mean, few are aware that oxygen "oxidises" (duh) cell tissues, breaks down DNA integrity during cell division and increases the risk of cancer anywhere around the body. At this rate we may even stop breathing.

Such wareness sometimes breaks down the moral flow of existence.

  • It's impossible to find non homogenized milk where I live.

  • oO'' Who knows how much I ate of this stuff ! I'm gonna be more careful this time. note to self, read whats on the label before shopping! Crap why do they do this !?

  • FOR MONEY.

  • If it is for money, then how additive filled products are cheaper than the natural thing, sometimes even by half? Don't you think there's a conflict of interest? Not to mention such chemicals are not THAT cheap to manufacture.

  • Sorry but I don't quite understand what you mean. Perhaps you could explain more, thanks.

I was referring to the recent scandal of "Sanlu" baby powder milk, from China. As you may have heard, it was added with Melamine, which is a harmful chemical. As a result, 13,000 babies (and these are the figures the Chinese gov't released. There could be more) are hospitalized now. (I assume most if not all are on renal dialysis machines.)

Melamine was added simply because it's cheaper than milk. Thanks.

  • It's a misunderstanding, I was referring to another potentially harmful additive. I guess that's the situation of the melanine (which is anything but surprising considering china is in the way)

  • Hi. No problem. I think you were referring to MSG (Monosodium Glutamine), right? According to Wikipedia, it's an isolate of Glutamic Acid. I don't know whether it's found in nature or whether man extracted it. I'm not a chemist.

Anyway, I remember a quote that said: "We are living in times where actual orange juice is used for making furniture lacquer and synthetic orange flavouring is used for human consumption."

It's just crazy. We are putting money before ourselves.

  • Yeah, and it seems like this is not the first time that China has produced harmful stuff. Not so long ago (a year or more), many, many toys produced in China were removed from the market because the plastic contained some carcinogenic substance or something like that. (Children like to put the toys in their mouths.)

  • Anyway, in my opinion, the Chinese need to learn that when they manufacture something, they have to do it right and spend that extra bit if necessary. Otherwise, the products get recalled and instead of making profits, they end up losing money. Millions.

  • DAMNIT! it makes me mad that we almost have no choise but to eat chemicals that keeps us dumb, make us not think straight anymore..

WE SHOULD stand up against this.

i'm tired of being poisened :( what a world...

  • Don't worry 911 never happened, or I heard some Cave men did it

  • Well said, golcynski.

Yeah, cave men with no internet, tv, newspapers, etc. did it. Of course, all the American military forces and three-letter agencies (C.I.A., etc.) couldn't find Bin Laden but some journalist managed to find him and interview him. :)

There is a lot of evidence suggesting that 911 was an inside job.

The mainstream media is owned by corporations with their own financial interests. The news is not objective, it is subjective.

    Research "False-flag operations".

  • True,

I don't know if you know about Federal Reserve, but banks are the root of all evil in this and in fact every country, World Bank wants Africa to starve so that they can buy it back for pennies.

Look what Fed did today, they lowered interest rates, same exact thing that inflated the housing bubble, they are doing again, inflation is coming big time.

Oh and Federal Reserve is as much a Government agency as Federal Express.

Citi and other private banks are part of Federal Reserve system

  • Yeah, I've got a 3.5 hour documentary called "The Money Masters" which deals with the Federal Reserve.

People need to wake up and realize that the Fed is _not_ a Government agency but a private bank that's literally destroying the economy.

I didn't know that about the World Bank starving Africa to buy it back for pennies. If that's the case, then these people have got blood on their hands!

  • AND I THOUGHT ASPARTAME WAS BAD! WTF.

  • damn thats alot of effects...oO..snap..
