I think FFS depends on the individual, how they see themselves and how they think others see them. Some simply don't need FFS at all. It's something I've thought about for myself but have been told by many of my friends that I don't need it.

For physical birth defect reasons I will need some facial surgery but each time one does have surgery there is the risk of something going wrong. I am not trying to say do or dont get FFS but I think us TG folks need to decide on a specific destination.
I think one should only have any facial surgery if it will make you feel better as a woman. No to blend into societies perceptions. Although what society thinks of a person is sometimes largely how that persons sees herself. But you are gorgeous, you don't need it.
It is hard to tell how prominent your brow is on the video, but I think the FFS issue is much overemphasized. I see plenty of GGs who have a pronounced brow, though not as much as some men (a few of which look like they have cavemen skulls).
If you have a large head (perhaps hat size above 7, then FFS will only make you look like someone glued a smaller face on your big head.
From what I see on your vids, you look great and do not need FFS. However, you know your shape better than what I see.
