The needler supercombine is powerful enough when used alone, thus clasified by many gamers as a "noob weapon". Players who use this weapon are usually looked down upon-i put stress on usually, not always. To duel wield this weapon is doubleing its already disturbing power.

the reason you cant duel wield needlers in halo 3 is because bungie thought the power of 2 needlers was unfair and so the made the needler in halo 3 slightly better than the halo 2 version and so you cant duel wield so it will be a little more fair

The elites homeworld was rich in materials but the creatures that form hunters are entire colonies of worm-like creatures. Without the covenant they couldn't fight. The grunts go with whoever is stronger... Their weak... OR they could have rejoined the covenant because of the flood threat. The elites had fully rebelled, the hunters/grunts were too weak to properly rebel and rejoined the covenant to survive the flood. The elites wouldnt rejoin so to fight the flood they help the humans.

That's not the Ark......it's the Forerunner Dreadnought that is meant to go to the Ark through the Portal on Earth....the Ark is outside of our known galaxy, as per Halo 3. It was said in several sources that the Forerunner ship actually powered High Charity for the most part, even though it was putting out only a small fraction of it's total power.  It is a religious icon of great significance to the Covenant.
