First, have you ever seen somebody "get home" and the first thing they do is go dump a open top cup in the sink? Maybe throw a water bottle in the trash, but this is a little fishy. Also, the kitchen looks like it would have a newer fridge with a water dispenser so why would he fill the cup at the tap? Second, I don't think a sack of apples would send a grown man to the floor.
