The only country that was driven from Persia was Afghanistan that got independence 200 years ago that's why they speak Farsi and have Persian culture still. Middle Asian landuages and Azeri (including turkish language) from one family, there are some similarities, but at the same time they are different. Please don't confuse turkish language with azeri language.
