im sure it will come to wii because:

1.SEGA and Nintendo are becoming really close and sega make games for wii,ESPECIALLY SONIC.

2.the 2D game works perfect with the wiimote sideways(super paper mario,new super mario bros,CLASSIC sonic games)

3.Sonic and Mario have been in 3 games together(even if it doesnt matter in this game,mario and sonic are nintendo and sega mascots,so...maybe it will happen)

4.remember that unleashed come to the wii too and in the REAL first tester,it said only for wii.

I personally think that this game should be released on 360 and ps3 since its a remake, I think it should have a next gen standard of graphics it would not make much sence if the graphics where not all that great and do not get me wrong the Wii is a great console but it can not create amazing graphics like a 360 or ps3 can.

The Wii is missing the hedgehog engine and will also receive no DLC or patches. Only Wii exclusive Sonic titles do well.

Wrong. The game will not be a multiplatform release and will NOT be released for Wii because it will run on a 1080p resoultion.

That's exactly why Unleashed was released on Wii.

Unleashed was marketed as an HD console game, with a Wii version not mentioned about 2 to 3 months before release.

HD in 2D and HD in 3D are 2 VERY different things.

Unleashed was built using the Hedgehog Engine...For wii they modded an existing engine.

Hi res sprites and color is all they need to make the Wii version as "HD" as the other two consoles.

Play Muramasa, and you'll see there is little to no difference.

I'm sure that an Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 version will exist, This game is stated to have HD resolution, Wii doesn't have HD resolution. A Wii version might exist possibly alongside a possible Playstation 2 version, but if they do neither of them will have HD resolution and most likely be lesser versions of the game.

Remember that Super Street Fighter Turbo ii had an "HD remix", yet it there wasn't much of a difference between a fighter like Guilty Gear XX Accent Core for Wii for example.

Sometimes HD is just used as a marketing word for an upgrade in visuals.

Take Sonic Unleashed for example, most people bought the wii version even though it wasn't half as good as the 360 or PS3 version.

true but they are using differrent engines which means they are technically not the same game wich also means you shouldnt compare as if they were the same.Oh and besides both boosts in both versions have ups and downs like how the 360 version is used to go faster and you can keep hold ing it in but the wii version cant however it be used as a boost from platform to plat form if used skillfully but they are not better or worse.Just differrent.Just like the games

Um..... you realize you only helped my case right? They have different engines, but the controls and concepts don't have to change, the engines only define graphics (at least in SU's case). Not to mention that since the Wii engine is lower tech, then it sould be easier to make longer levels, but the 360 version still had longer levels. Not to mention, different games or not, there is no reason that the werehog should have 75% of the gameplay.

correction: the wii itself is sold the most. But the games, well other than Brawl, Mario Galaxy, and the Sonic games I don't see anything else that could sell well. The consle is great, but I haven't found any good games on it (sports games are not good).

The reasn Sonic has more games on the360 is due to 06, after that they waited until Unleashed to prove that they can do well on HD consles.

ok there are a lot of good games like 1.The Conduit 2.Monster Hunter 3 3.Resident Evil Darkside Chronicles 4.The Grinder 5.Gladiator A.D 6.RE4 Wii Edition 7.Metriod Prime Trilogy 8.Metriod Other M 9.Zelda TP and the new one 10.Tatsunoku vs Capcom there are sooo many good Wii games with great graphics too the Wii has good games

well 360 only has like 5 good games so yea and there only FPS/3rdPS, PS3 has some good games too but the Wii has a lot of great games and incredible ones coming this year and the next so when i compare i think that the Wii dominates

now to sonic i think the graphics for unleashed for the Wii could of been way better than they were there so if they make a sequel or/and this game on the Wii it better look great sega knows the wii has good graphics so i hope this game goes multi platform

first off, I hate to tell you this, but there won't be an Unleashed sequel because Yoshihsha Hashimoto left SEGA. Also BTW GRAPHICS MEAN NOTHING!!!! Also Sonic Unleashed 360>Sonic Unleashed Wii in every way possible. Also the 360 and Ps3 both have way more than 5 good games, I can name 8 off the top of my head and I don't exactly havr broad horizons.

Technically Gears and Halo have two games on the 360 for starters and sure I'll name some good games that I've either played or seen; Sonic Unleashed (best Sonic game ever), Ghostbusters, Transformers Revenge of the Fallen, Call of Duty 4, Star wars the Force Unleashed, Resident Evil 5 also take note that I barely broaden my horizens and yet I was able to name all of these games so imagine what a gamer who buys almost every game would be able to name.
