they're farming shinies, yes it's a speed hack that's been fixed. they aren't farming named there and you weren't even in a group with them. why you decided to lie baout it i dont know
It's a speed hack, I used to see it all the time in karnors. they're running around the huge moat on the perimeter of the dungeon, they're moving so fast that the mobs don't have time to leash and they train through the whole zone
Its a speed hack. This game has no cheat protection just about 4 pointer addresses so vary easy to hack if you locate the pointers. and Movement is compleatly client side so teleporting to a pre recorded location is allso vary easily done. as for the "warping" its just the server loseing track of the client for a second this is caused by a user changeing there movement speed value on there end. vary easy to do anyone playing with a memory editor for 5 mins could do it

The game it self is 80% client side they honestly cant fix it. Outside of heavy cheat protection theres allmost nothing they can do without a complete netcode rewrite.
What are the other cheats you are creating with your memory editor? Memory editors work in games like oblivion but most of the important values are stored server side in eq. There's not many, if any, worthwhile "cheats" you can gain with a memory editor in eq2
Client side only, cant edit stats, or change currency amounts(though theoreticly doing via packet editing amuseing there was a exploit found) However memory editor wise you can teleport to a loc any location. Disable fall damage. Disable drowning, Fly (though dosent effect NPC's ability to hit you), so nothing huge or game breaking outside of pvp not that that matters the game is dead anyways just like all SOE games.
you should know that thats not speed hacking your lagging npc cant walk through stuff even from pulls they have physics with the world they must go around objects.
well the speed hack works with a laptop if u start eq2 and after this u musst Insert the charging device sometimes it works but u will kick after a few minutes
