  • These pants really suck. They rip when you wash them even on gentle cycle. The TacLite pants are more durable.

  • @wldmike223 I never had any problems with them ripping or tearing from wear or washing, but im sorry it happened to you

  • you said these are a cotton polyester mix, but i think the 5.11 Tactical Pants are 100% cotton and the Taclite Pro pants are the polyester mix.

  • @ballantynejones they make a few different models of pants and these are the mixed fabric not the 100% cotton model

  • Good review! how tall are you and what length did you purchase? I am ordering them online and have no way to fit them. Thanks.

  • i wish they didnt have a mag pocket, looks silly wearing them on the street

  • The double stitching on the front pockets is not to keep your knife in. It is so your knife will not rip your pockets. It is a common problem with standard pants for people who wear a knife a lot. Just a little FYI, when talking about the MK23 you call it a Mark 23, not "M" "K" 23.

  • sup man Great vid. i got 5.11 tac pants my self and use em a lot they are awsome pants

  • i didnt reali think u had some one trapped down there lol.

good vi btw i got them in od green

  • Ok i love them there great pants.

  • it sounds like someones screaming down there

  • Its probably my sister in the background.

  • have you got someone trapped down there with you lol

  • Not sure what you mean.

  • I love these pants, I have 5 or 6 pair myself. I love them but wish I could change 2 little things.

    1. Another cellphone/magazine holder on the right side (even though thei newer ones have a small "tru-spec" type pocket)

    2. slightly larger cargo pockets with more room to expand.

  • Look at the blackhawk warrior wear pant or the la police gear versions i believe they both have two mag pouches.

  • 5.11 started off as a mountain climbing gear company...hence the name "5.11" (It is a level of difficulty in climbing)the heavy strap on the rear right is something leftover from those days, it is to load up as much as you can!

  • I remember having a conversation with a guy who worked with the company when they did the mountain climbing stuff but left the company when they went tactical for some reason.
