I have only been learning Max for 13 months and missed out editing the bip file so it's feet are on the zero ground level and not under or over. @dog009988 They are tons of IMVU tutorials on Youtube. Many crap repetitive and non informative. You just have to deicide what it is you want to make and do a search on the topic. That is how I started making tuttorials. If I could not find a tutorial on a subject I would try and figure out how to and them make a tutorial on the topic. Best way to remember how to do something is to recorded it. check GoddessDesigns channel she has tons on IMVU tutorials and is more helpful then most.

@dog009988 Sorry I am quitting the IMVU tutorials. 99% of the creators are selfish ass holes that well add themselves as a friend with out asking. They do this hopping your going to buy their low quality shit. But ask them a simple question and they blank you like you some kind of bad smell. I get more help in 2nd life and the tutorials are not all made by retards that use video to type lol. Wanna buy my avi. It's worth over $2000.00

@dog009988 I will be making a few Tutorials with animation and motion capture but they are going to be private. All my tuts are going to be private from end of this year. They help me to remember how to do stuff properly. Most of the IMVU tuts have horrible omission and the fuckers never bother to edit and fix their info.

I have version 8, and yes I run virus scan daily, so can I find the cause of these error? *pouts* I don't want to give up but I don't know what to do

@QueenNatulcien Sorry faulty finding on software is a bit out of my depth with this tutorial. I can only help clarify some things in the tutorial. Looks to me you might have a software problem. Maybe there is a Max 8 service pack you have not installed. Try the Auto desk site see if you got anything missing or they have news about issues with Max. If I was in you situation I would uninstall Max, clean the register off all Max entries and do a clean reinstalling and see what happens.

@QueenNatulcien LOL I know the feeling. I wont be on IMVU until late Friday night UK time if your still stuck. Should be on all weekend I have the same ID on there as on yt. The original video I learnt from is on the same web page I got the bip files. It's longer than my version

But most bvh files, even when we select bip cause error and when you try to animate your regular biped (not IMVU's), nothing happens or 3DS Max crashes.

@QueenNatulcien Ok a few questions. 1) what version of Max are you using ( am still using Max 7). 2) have you had to remove a virus from your system in the last few months. (sometimes removing virus can mess up software it has happened to me many times and I have had to reinstall Windows just to get 1 piece of software to work. 3) is there any part of the video you find hard to follow.

@colacchiocity Are you going to the motion button and then clicking load to load your file? and is the file a bip file? am not too sure about Max 8 if that will do the Cal export.

@stephanie loves rock thanks for the nice comment. I am not sure what tutorial to make next. I made the tutorials because I find most of the once on YT have out of focus images. Also the IMVU tutorials are very poor. If you have 3ds Max the help and tutorials that come with it are very good. I just figured out how to drive pose action by driving from the relaxed chair MAX file from IMVU. Might do that this week
