Control housing price with limitation to the investment and thus inflation of the average housing market from local and overseas. 5. CPF law should be more flexible and maybe make it an op-out system. 6. remove GST from necessities. 7. raise tax for the wealthy. 8. invest on public infrastructure, healthcare and education. 9.
