i rode one the power to wieght is fucking wicked

i wouldnt recomend this bike for trail riding way to fast

your there before you know it but if you want a bike that hauls ass

then get it go with 300 or so for trail riding

@David000531 its a very good trail bike the suspension works well but im 225lbs as long as you can work the clutch on the slower parts or tight turns its no problem .. took some time to get used to it at first with stalling because its track ready with a tall 1st gear

I want to know which 450 actually has the best handling and the easiest to throw around with all these tilted cylinders, and tornado exhaust? Heard these Yamaha's are easy to throw around, but have also heard the suzuki's can be tossed around way easy. i dont think they tilt their cylinders either. Best yamaha since the 426

as for the gas thing, its a moto bike not a trail machine, there more worried about saving weight and better handeling than extended riding.

Thats about right at race pace,

On a 250F i go through about a litre in a 6 lap moto that lats for 11 minutes...

Bush ride or enduro your not always on race pace so would use much less fuel

Husaberg has really been showing some heart in the woods department this year (enduros, hairscrambles, etc.). I really think they have been focusing on moving all the parts foward due to the demand of woods riders such as myself, I like to keep pressure on the front wheel instead of goon riding a wheelie the entire race.

I'v read MANY reviews by people in the industry..... and i always hear about the Yamaha having the slowest engine of the lot. . Many test riders say they can definitely feel more bottom and mid in this bike compared to the 2009.... but its still got the lowest overall power (area under the curve) out of the bunch. Mind you.... i would still choose this bike over the rest.

i find that very hard to believe obviously they know how fast their competitors bikes are (threw endless dynos and track tests) they wouldn't purposely make it slower ive been reading transworld mx and they say the bike is the best to come from yamaha so i assume its not slow like a turtle like you imply but mabye they made it that way in stock form so you go buy all of their gytr parts they made their new yfz 450 atv like that not as much top end but it explodes with some aftermarket bolt ons

Well, 250f has for many years had the weakest bottom and mid out of the bunch.  Which makes sense.... as its a 5 valve motor. The last few YZ250F's have been real shit compared to the other bikes.... both in motor and handling.

The 2010 is an all new machine.... and id buy it!
