My chihuahua often gets up on furniture to get away from the other dogs. Sometimes larger dogs get rambunctious and accidentally injure small dogs that they don't realize they're trampling or bumping. So small dogs can keep themselves more safe by keeping distance :)

I grew up with a black lab, Lucky. He had really good aim... One time he peed on my brother's shoe and managed to fill it right up to the rim, didn't spill a drop! Another time. Another time I was playing video games with a friend on the futon, and we were ignoring Lucky. He didn't care for that and nose-dived our guest in the balls. Poor guy was buckled over for 5 minutes. Anyway, like I said, Lucky had good aim!

My dog looks allot like Rio, mine is a half Pomeranian/ rat terrier mix. She doesn't have the same face as Rio since she looks to be either full blood Chihuahua, or very close to full blood.

She has a very mellow temperment. She is perfect for cuddling with and is very loving. However, she does not like other dogs which is why she likes to stay perched up high where they leave her alone.

When I have a few bucks saved up I want to go down to the Chihuahua rescue society and adopt one. Chihuahuas are so over bred these days and many do not work well with children. Thus they wind up in shelters.

There's many more problems then being aggressive towards children. I rescued mine when she was five and lost her when she was thirteen. [This past January.] I miss that little dog so much. Her name was Sugar, and a lot of people told me I changed their views on chihuahuas cause of how amazing and turned around she was.
