I laughed at this when I read some of the stuff on here first. Two minutes later I found myself covered in drool and staring blankly at the screen. I believe I could watch you move those things around in the bowl with the spoon till your arm collapsed of exhaustion. Never woulda thought I'd get relaxed by something of this nature, but damned if it don't work like a charm.

And I don't know if this is just me, but I find it odd that us, humans, get comforted by sounds that normally irritate us during the day. Eg: Nail tapping, scratching, Gum chewing.

I've used this video to relax atleast 20 times already and it never gets old. The last 3 times I've come to this video, my ASMR has started acting up before the video even starts. Its like I can control it somehow which would be so awesome!

Because I get that with crinkly plastic sounds (sounds that are high, sharp and loud), I find it terrible though, and I think it's got something to do with being very tired or ear damage.

Nothing relaxes me like the sound of sprinkles and no one else has any sprinkle videos on youtube. This really sets off the tingles, ASMR baffles me! This works a treat though I wish it was longer, the best part seems to be where you are more soft with the sprinkles and stroking them gentle with the back of the spoon. Thank you for relaxing me to the point of trance! x
