i did this mission then after this i reclaimed all cartel safe houses. but couldnt seem to get any more liberation settlement missions. ive found all items (the little dots on the map). i have top rank in the guerillas and have 2 more ranks in the rioja cartel. but still have a map full of settlements unliberated. and i dont know what to do?. please anyone can help me.

I've played this game, and it handles like a slightly less shallow Total Overdose.

The car handling is crap, Rico moves like a dick, the only reason I ever play this game anymore is for the parachute an scenery, which is, in fact, amazing.
