his casting speed must be like 100 percent or more it takes at least half a second to cast kalla of darkflame with 55 percent casting speed. he should do the last part of kalla more often though it does crazy damage. very good fight btw. SBs ftw :)

All slayer classes are good for pvp. They have great skills and massive damage at melee range. The only trade-off is they take more damage compared to other classes.

true, but the soulbender also had luck with a flipside counter that led to a kalla combo, along with a freeze from saya when he used raging dragon slash. But yea, this game has a lot of luck involved, so consistency is what you look for, and haru definitely has consistency. :D

the skill is just kalla - it allows sbs to shoot flame spirit things that attach themselves to the opponent up to 3 x

when you activate the skill again, it changes the spirit so that you attacks turn into purple flame slashes

katana is generally the best if you are going for pvp or going for any main offensive styled melee or hybrid styled pve soul bender type in general though ss can work if you go for a more defensive more magic based pve build like one where you try to stay away and use your awakens and magic attacks more

heavy armor if you are lower lvl cause your moves generally don't have enough skill points to lvl them up that high

cloth armor when you are lvl 30+ and when you get after image of keiga past lvl 4

else you will still take a lot of damage from getting hit cause cloth armor has really poor defenses

and that is mainly your shield so you don't require having heavy armor anymore

also cloth armor is good cause it gives you mag boosts and isn't so heavy

so your sb can actually move faster

He's very good at anticipating moves, but as I'm watching, he doesn't end his combos very well... I just see him do an upward and they fall down because he's done to much damage. At least use a Wave Wheel Slasher lol. I also see that the Shooting Star Sword works pretty well on Soul Bringers, I didn't expect it to work as well as this, I'd actually like to see a berserker use that sword.

The biggest thing i've noticed about Haru is his Saya. When the opponent gets frozen in his saya he is able to freely upper or moonlight someone out of it - Breaking the ice on contact. However, in our american DFO, I've tried to do this several times in pvp. My sayas ice will not be broken by any means, not untill they break out themselves, usually doing a superarmor reversal out of it and punishing me for beating on the ice tomb.

Can anyone confirm how and/or why haru can break his own ice?

100% chance to be in super armor when casting wave (the lv.5 wave move) including cresent blade and all the ghosts

you can chain wave into cresent blade and still hit your enemy unless they use quick standing.

@LinkNoroshima Fail. If you are inside the circle you will be pwned. Saya will freeze you. Kazan will make the SB hit harder etc. The whale sucks in PVP. It takes time for it to appear unless you bring out ghosts. In serious matches you don't use awakenings. Period. It just makes a big number. But you could just make alot of small numbers that add up and do more damage than the big number.
