As a lover of good Italian cuisine, I was personally offended by what Mr. Ramsay got on his plate. He was spot on when he compared its culinary authenticity to Chinese takeout. I shall keep watching to see if he's able to save the place. He's got his work cut out for him with that fool.

I'm American and just started to watch the UK versions. Way more realistic than the US version. Gordon seems more genuine and the brits don't cry every time Gordon scolds them. Much more enjoyable and less drama.
