The Rhino tank is definitely better, if you want to smash up things...

obviously it is a glitch but i've come across it twice though no mention by other players. has anyone found the engineless motorcycle? the NRG 500 presents fork and front wheel but a gap before reaching the frame. i saved it in a garage and came back to find it in the same condition unrepaired. anyone else?

no you get it in the last mission. when you are told to steal the swat tank, you drive it back to your garage and fail the mission by killing yourself. then you get the swat tank.

imo this is a great vehicle.not as afficient as the tank, but still a great vehicle

the thing is, it aint a tank. It's an armored personnel carrier (APC) based on the cadillac gage commando V, and it is actually 100% accurate (apart from the water cannon). So a bit like a tank, but not designed to have the full functionallity of a tank. I do agree that if you want a battering ram then the rhino is better, but this is still a cool vehicle. This is actually completely bullet and fireproof, but NOT explosion or damage-proof (like the rhino)

Numa das missões de carros em San Fierro, utilizas um Phoenix. Pegas nele, põe-lo na garagem e suicida-te. Quando acordares, terás o Phoenix à tua espera nessa mesma garagem

Don't worry. You're not being a pain. In fact, I even appreciate the time you've spent posting comments in my videos. So, you don't need to worry, ok?

To answer your question, well, there isn't any cheat code that I know to spawn this vehicle so, to have it, you need to steal it on the last mission. Just take the car to your garage and kill yourself. After that, you go to your garage and your S.W.A.T tank is still there waiting for you. Have some fun driving it!

you get it in end of the line,take it to your garage instead of busting the wall,and than use destroy all cars cheat to keep it,and it has a water cannon cuz it is riot tank,they spray water at people and is supposed to calm them down

This is a ps2 version GTA San Andreas gameplay/video and, obviously, there aren't any mods for the ps2 version. You can only mod on the pc version.

As for the "shoot water" thing, it is sad, because, as you said it, no SWAT vehicle would shoot water in the real life.

This is my opinion:
