YOU HAVE CHANGED IN YOUR CODEC OPTIONS THE 1:1 PIXEL!!!! THATS WHY IS FLATENED... when you shose there 16:9 that meens 16 horizontal pixel = 9 vrtical pixels!!!

you dont want that!!! change it back to 1:1 !!!

i have a question how did u get ur icons like that on the bottom? i have windows vista i though that was only for mac?

You can get those types of icons by going to google, and looking up "RocketDock." Its a free program.
