Its faster if you've loaded it before because of the cache. The Sprint one is better obviously because it has CDMA. That means better signal strength everywhere, and lower cost.
What do yall think its better HTC Fuze or b-berry 8900??? The only think im worried about is the touch screen, like how well does it respond well? because I had a lg vu and the thing SUCKED the touch screen was horrible and now im worried about getting a touch screen if its not that great...
my only complaint is that when it's on the 3g network, it uses a lot of battery. but a good thing about it is that when i'm at home and charging it, it switches among edge, a weak 3g signal, and gprs
you can't really say that the touch pro is faster. The Fuze has all the ATT software crap on it. If you compare the size of the ATT software and Sprint software, the ATT one will be at least twice as big. If you get rid of the ATT and Sprint software on both phones, their exactly equal.
actualley ive played with both and both are just running a "touch flo 3d" software over a windows mobile 6.1 "today" screen so basically exact same thing just diff color schemes and diff networks also fuze is just a lil bit thicker..for some reason
why don't they show a video on how to make phone call or text message? I am waiting for my phone and none of these videos show if you need to use the pull out qwerty keyboard to make phone calls and text messages? i am told this is a full touch screen but videos dont show the actual touch screen with the qwerty keyboard/phone pad.
you really dont know anything about internet do you smarty :) XDXD
im assuming your using the same network...
if you start loading a webpage, information must be downloaded from your router. now, whichever device got to the router first, will get the information earlier... were talking about millimillimillimilli seconds here... so im kinda 99.9999999% sure, that its you making the difference of which phone loads faster.. dont argue with me, you know its true :)
You should have donee an unboxing for the fuz cause im getting it. or a review just on the fuze. but this helped me out on how it works a little better (: noah rulez. xD
The screen on the sprint version looks a little better. The whites look almost yellow on the Fuze. Ive used the Sprint version before, and I love it. I have the predecessor to the touch pro, the Mogul (ppc6800) and I love it. I'd loooove the touch pro though. Its soo cool.
Also as said below, the black background on the Sprint one is much more appealing. And I love Spint TV too :)
im pissed that sprint changed the look of the phone..american phone carriers always fuck up the look of a phone.. i was pissed when verizon changed the look of the hot chocolate...........it anoyed me so much
Holy Cow this phone Rocks!! I just got this phone, its even sweeter if you tweak it out!
If you go to At&t's website they have the Fuze for $349. I've got an exclusive dealership account and can get you the phone for $150 upfront. $50 bucks after rebate. I've got 19 of these left that are specially marked with this pricing. Message me if your interested.
funny how he seems disappointed whenever the sprint version out preforms the Fuze. I guess the Fuze is his personal phone where the Touch Pro is a test phone.
It think the Tilt can with a software upgrade. I've got a Cingular 8125, which is two generations behind the Tilt, and a software install allowed me to stream YouTube videos.
Well that promotion is over. If you go to At&t website. It is $300 up front. Because I have an exclusive Dealership account with At&t I still have some left over from Black Friday that were specially priced. I have 20 left.
I can get you a brand new Fuze for $250
$150 after rebeate. So I could save you a lot of money. We didn't sell a whole lot in our small town cause a lot people here are old fashion. But if your a techy person this is a sweet phone.
I think sprint came out on top with this one because it seems like they put more thought into the phone, point in case the grey back of the phone allows for a larger battery (one of the issues of the phone is batt life) and its more durabable if you watch extended reviews the diamond back points wear down really fast, and also with the u.i. all sprint apps are available on the carosel. all at&t did was put there logo on it and the at&t icon on the carosel .

hey phone dog i cant seem to view any videos on the fuze such as youtube. is there something im missin. some kind of app or thing to view it or setting on my fuze?
Can you configure the direction used to scroll the pages/pictures? I noticed you used your finger as if it's a mouse, in a scroll bar fashion. If I was to get this phone, I would do the same thing. Would take some time to get use to. Also do you have to open the phone to text? It would be neat to text using the touch screen via standard phone layout. Finally can you disable 3G connectivity to fully leverage your home Wi-Fi connection and avoid data charges?

If I were you I would get the iphone, because other than the keyboard, the iphone offers everything that these do with a bigger screen. Also, the new apps for the iphone, I think make the iphone superior.
The iPhone, while good, does not offer everything these ones do. These phones can run multiple applications at once, whereas the iPhone can only run one at a time (with a couple of minor exceptions). These phones also have a higher resolution camera (3.2Gp vs 2Gp) and they can record video (iPhone can't). They also have another video camera on the front for video calls. Also... the screen may be larger on the iPhone, but it is lower resolution than the HTC phones.
depends what you want, i had the iphone 3g for two weeks and returned it bc the battery life was bad, the keyboard, while not awful, just isnt that fast, and the 3g isnt good. the fuze is more reliable and has a good keyboard... just my 2 cents
Gotta give it up to Sprint, they always come out on top! Oh, and for the recorded, the faceted back suuuuucks! You can lay it on a flat surface without it wobbling everywhere and what a fingerprint magnet!! I reccomend the Sprint version
The faceted back from the original Touch Pro is a nice touch for the AT&T Fuze, but I'm thinking that the Sprint Touch Pro offers the best value because of the Sprint Everything Plan. They both look a bit laggy, but I'll have to try one in person. Thank you, Noah.
I think it will, just gotta make sure on the settings to make sure programs and tasks are shut properly after used, otherwise the battery will die in a few hrs, I go for 2 days without having to recharge
Hey Noah Sprint does have MobiTV but its called Sprint TV Extra cost $9.99 a month, I watch MSNBC and Espn a lot. Very good review though bro I'm a big Fan, Keep up the good work.
500 Mins(Plus I Use My Data Connection to Make calls, so It's basically Unlimited minutes) Unlimited EV-DO rev A(3g)DATA. Unlimited Text.. Phone as Wireless Modem on my Laptop, PS3 Online Through My phone wirelessly, as I'm able to Use my Treo DATA as A Wireless Broadcasting Hot Spot.. all for $30 Bucks a month on the deceased Sprint SERO Plan. Life is good.
I hav the fuze on at&t and the screen is not multi touch but im just using it intell my upgrade comes than im gettin a htc inspire 4g

If I were you I would get the iphone, because other than the keyboard, the iphone offers everything that these do with a bigger screen. Also, the new apps for the iphone, I think make the iphone superior.
Hope this helped

The iPhone, while good, does not offer everything these ones do. These phones can run multiple applications at once, whereas the iPhone can only run one at a time (with a couple of minor exceptions). These phones also have a higher resolution camera (3.2Gp vs 2Gp) and they can record video (iPhone can't). They also have another video camera on the front for video calls. Also... the screen may be larger on the iPhone, but it is lower resolution than the HTC phones.

depends what you want, i had the iphone 3g for two weeks and returned it bc the battery life was bad, the keyboard, while not awful, just isnt that fast, and the 3g isnt good. the fuze is more reliable and has a good keyboard... just my 2 cents

you do realize that your 3g service will be the same on the fuze as the iphone cause they r both on AT&T

Is the battery life good ?
it claims 7hrs talk time, does it even reach 5hrs ?
ilordvader 3 years ago 2
I think it will, just gotta make sure on the settings to make sure programs and tasks are shut properly after used, otherwise the battery will die in a few hrs, I go for 2 days without having to recharge

Phone as Wireless Modem on my Laptop, PS3 Online Through My phone wirelessly, as I'm able to Use my Treo DATA as A Wireless Broadcasting Hot Spot.. all for $30 Bucks a month on the deceased Sprint SERO Plan.
