He was obviously very inspired by Clara (as I am), and he wants to show us his version of the same meal. GOOD ON YOU!!!!!! I cooked the peppers and eggs tonight for dinner and I Loved it!!!! Clara, youre the greatest. I'm from Australia and I think she is wonderful! We can all learn from others and traditional Italian style cooking is simply delicious!

I love Clara!! I love your enthusiasm! Keep it up!! My grandmother also was from the depression era and some of her best recipes came from neccassity,not what they wanted. Still they were awesome recipes that are family carries on to this day! I think maybe you are just a tad nervous but still, you did a great job!

@daisydawn79 thank you lol no I was not nervous I just had to keep my voice low because people in the back room were sleeping so I could not be all loud and stuff but I was in a cooking mood and was making one of her recipes and said hay why not make a vid in honor of her because she is that great... but yes thank you for your comment I need to get a new cam so I can make vids like this again

i think it's nice that he's wearing his hat. he's not being disrespectful at all, he's proud of his culture! showing some personality. he's like every grandma's dream grandson. super sweet and appreciative. people nowadays don't show much respect to the elderly. so that's nice to see. the hat doesn't take away from that at all.

Got enough paper towels there buddy? Might try a towel once in a while. The soft talk is a little creepy.

Might want to tighten up a little on the hygiene while on cam. For example: you crack eggs at 4:00 and then you wipe nose at 4:18 (throw rag down), and proceed to continue cooking. Yeah, yeah, we all know stuff like that goes on sometimes (but keep it off camera).

And use some other bread (white is so nasty).

Eating on cam is also very unattractive.

Just pointers for you.

lacking of materials... The only thing that you could be missing that I can think of is the bread pans. any pans would work possibly even a cookie sheet may work if you dont care about the sides not being straight

My mother used pyrex casserole dishes and placed 3 loaves in there which worked well.

That's true it's hard just for two working people with decent jobs to make it in this mess of an economy. We can barely save 1,000 dollars in two weeks and have all of our needs met.

Do we really need the $100/month cable, the $5 Starbucks coffee every day, ... A lot of it is not keeping up with the Jones', but living within our means. It does not matter how much we make, even some millionaires live outside their means and file bankruptcy, which sounds totally unheard of when comparing to a middle class salary.

But It can be done, 40% of Americans are doing it. I live on about 50% of my salary, granted I don't have the finer things in life, it just collects dust anyways.
