Tyra is a great role model. She works hard, is not involved in drug or DUI scandals and speaks her mind. I'm not her #1 fan but I do wish more models and celebrities cared to be great role models like her.
I think all of her success has gotten to her over the years. If you look at the first few season of ANTM, the intro credits were mostly of the contestants and Tyra actually couched the girls through a lot of the stuff. Now the intro is mostly Tyra and she barely knows her contestants anymore. I also got a sense from my talk show that she has a set belief already so that prevents her from truly listening to her guests. In fact, she tends to talk over them a lot. Just my opinion.
I could tell Tyra wanted to unleash her ghetto side on that women. But she was just trying to be processional here. Haha, I love how the interviewer (Cynthia) tried to back her into a corner, but it just didn't work out for her.
Cynthia shouldve worded or approached the question a little less abrassive, not only did she ask the question in a "non chalante" type of attitude, but you could tell all she wanted was for Tyra to do or say something that would justify Janice Dickenson and Paulina Portzocova's comments.

Cynthia shouldve worded or approached the question a little less abrassive, not only did she ask the question in a "non chalante" type of attitude, but you could tell all she wanted was for Tyra to do or say something that would justify Janice Dickenson and Paulina Portzocova's comments.

I like how tyra handles herself in situations like this, I hear people say she's fake and all that, but I think she's honest and very candid. I just think she's more careful of how she comes across, and what parts of her life she let's people see and what parts she'd rather keep private. I hate to say it but I think alot of celebrities are so messy and sloppy about how they are portrayed, some celebs just let it all hang out just to stay in the headlines, tyra's classier than that LOL.

@beautyfyme I respct your opinion, don't be mad but I just wanted to say that if you look closely, you'll see she's not being fake, she's just being the mirror of that reporter.. the woman was asking her uncomfortable questions that she knew were spicy with a fake kind voice so Tyra took the example and (didn’t) answer the same way, took a fake smile and got out of the issue without raising her voice. And if I might say, the reporter was, definitely send to her place..

Cynthia has a responsibility, she is a journalist and is assigned to ask and tackle the heart of an answer that may seem personal, uncomfortable and just simply controversial. There was nothing wrong w/her question. And Tyra has the right not to answer the question, no matter how persuasive the interviewer is....I do really think Tyra is a good human being and is genuine and she works real hard..she prob seems defensive only cause in that business there's a lot of people that are snakes

@Gunnarsas you know, I agree with you, even though I like Tyra. She had no reason to be haughty towards that question, she could of gracefully answered it with poise. Her reaction towards that question clearly showed she is not over herself-and of course on her show she portrays herself as humble when she has a big ego like all the rest of the celebrity bots. However in her defense she does have a sweet disposition, most of the time.

You never turn the interview around on the person.shes a bitch, and thats one creepy fuckin smileOn Project Runway, most of the time the judges or at least one Disagrees with Heidi Klum but she understands there view point and if she disagrees she doesnt down them. Who gets sent home on that show is an agreement from the actually talented judges like Michael Kors. On ANTM its TYRA who says whos going home not the judges there just for show
