i had went to the er and they prescribed me inhaler i was coughing like a barking dog and that was after a month of coughing this was in july of 2009 and my doctor wont see me, my sister has asthma and there is no refills on the inhaler, can you help me - i dont if i have asthma or not but the barking dog cough is horrible
