After learning some of the efficiency problems, yes, I prefer the PS3, and there are plenty of things I could list, but I'm a unique case in that I USED to be a 360 person until mine broke under self-cirumstances. 360 has good games, like this one for instance, Crackdown, and contrary to bandwagon or stereotype, yes, even HALO. I have a PS3 right now but if I had the cash I would STILL shell out for a 360 elite so I could chill with Gears or Halo or Half-Life, and most especially, L4D2.

Although, I also must thank you all for causing such a fuss, because your arguments have SIGNIFICANTLY robbed the companies of at least 200+ dollars by dropping the PS3 and 360 prices to $199-$299 ranges, depending on the model you buy. Left 4 Dead is notorius for being "PC-Steam" applicable allowing the player to hack the console bar and modify the game engine, and because it runs on Source, a player can "link/source" etc the maps from Half-Life and even create their own. I couldn't give you the specifics because I couldn't operate a PC game like L4D to save my own life, though I am looking for someone to teach me how. Google it and you should be able to find some decent tutorials.

That's my point. One thing that Sony fanboys bring up all the time is that PSN is so much better than Live because it's free. With Xbox Live, you get so much more for only $50 a year which isn't really a lot at all considering one game costs $60. PSN is free, but it isn't near as good as Live.

I really do need to stop looking back through comments just to get a better idea of the people I'm taking to, because the farther back I go, the closer I get to realizing how ridiculous it all sounds. It's not only the price, it's the games. PS3 could be a okay, but it doesn't have enough exclusive games on it. It has some okay ones, but they're not close to beating out ones like Gears of War, Halo, L4D, etc. That's probably the main reason. The price only gives people another reason to not buy it. Though the graphics are slightly better, all the other stuff that PS3 fanboys use to argue isn't really that great. No one uses Blu-Ray, and $50 for XBL is cheap, and it's superior to PSN anyway.

What a load of shit. L4D isn't exclusive, like 95% of the 360s games. Gears of War is a shooty shooty gore fest made for ADD kids who can't handle anything with the slightest bit of depth. Live isn't worth paying for. It's full of squeaky pre-teens, NONE of the games have dedicated servers so there's loads of lag and 'host ended game' bullshit. Gears of War can't even handle ten players. MAG has 256 flawlessly. Slightly better graphics? Uncharted 2's are miles better than Gears's plasticy shit.

this wasnt done in the hammer editor it was done by moving certain files to the l4d ones, though they may have created the .nav file that the AI director uses the weapons were spawned by using sv_cheats 1 in console. I did this with the demo too only i converted CS:S maps and played on those

No you actualyl can't just transfer HL2 maps in l4d folder and start playing. You NEED the nav file, and l4ds nav generator is broken. VALVe didnt guess you'd ever need it. But seriously now. You need CSS for this.
