@ABoyLikeMe45 Hi, I went to the nail salon across the street from me for a Mani, This is the top coat they put on. I wanted to see something under the black light and my nails started to glow. I went back to the salon and asked what kind of top coat they used. They would not tell me, said was for professional use only.
