guys... for all you idiots who think garchomp is uber just because of his speed you are retarded. hes uber because with adamant nature, evs in attk and speed, sandstorm team, stealth rock in play, possible but not necessary sweeper set up from smeargle, bright powder as hold item, and a move pool of earthquake, dragon claw, stone edge, and outrage make one nearly unstoppable pokemon. with this set a move like earthquake for example has a 60% chance of hitting instead of 100% then sweep...

all they have done is dividing pokemon based on their stats and movesets, this doesnt mean they own pokemon at all. and imo it makes sense since it is clear that the creators did not make all pokemon balanced in strength and therefore we can have competitive battles which are as balanced as possible.

the reason garchomp is uber now is people only ever made 1 counter for it per team and theat counter usually was something that did other stuff and showed up early in the game, i know from my battles usin a garchomp i always bring him in near the end when the team is defeated more. it sucks though cuz 2 of my teams revolve around him.

charizard has too many weaknesses, slow and too shallow to make the top 10. Plus stleath rock kills it.

infernape may have a better movepool but lucario's standard moveset is better. plus it resists dragon which is always good.

close combat

crunch etc.

and lucario's special moveset is much better than infernape's special moveset, since infernapes special movepool is really shallow

I wouldn't be laughing if I were you. Charizard can easily come in on a Bronzong or switch when Bronzong is being switched in and win the game. Bronzong will switch, you belly drum, yada yada and you win.

Meh it all depends. If it uses Earthquake then you win. If Magnezone came into it and Bronzong used Hypnosis it could easily kill it with EQ.

Charizard can also come in on the likes of Forretress as well. Pretty much every steel type.

Meh, it's clear you're not stupid and ackknowledge Charizard's abilities, it's just not OU for certain reasons. As long as you don't think it's UU like my one friend.

Really. Snorlax and Dragonite are good, but they aren't exactly dfficult to counter and they are certainly not that popular. And for Steels, they resist all Dragon moves, and are the only ones that do.

I actually havent played for ages myself, so seeing the likes of heatran so high up suprised me as well. I guess people really needed some fire power on their team, since some people, especially me were taking advantage by playing loads of fire weak pokemon.

Also the lack of weavile was a shock as well, (I dont mind though since I have a weavile on my team =p)

If you see a Bronzong with slow Pokemon, odds are it's got Trick Room. That's why it's OU.
