It smooths out your fuel to air mixture and provides more efficient combustion, more power. Many jet skis and snow machines use them stock from the factory. I use it to smooth out the hit of nitrous so the thing doesn't cartwheel out from under me.
New primary gear, chain, boost bottle to smooth out fuel/air mixture, adjust the slack out of the throttle cable. Those were the mechanical mods. I also added a bicycle headlight and tail light to keep the local cops happy. (Until city rules changed and they say this thing is tool loud for riding around town.) It also has a mount for a Garmin GPS, and that is how I measured my speed. Then I warmed it up and used a large area to get up to speed. It takes some time and room for 35, usually 25-28.
It might be a few days until I could do a video of this, but the choke is the black plastic lever, on the airbox near the engine. Pump the bulb for fuel 6 times or so, move the choke, I don't know from memory if it is up or down, but it should start after only a few pulls. If not, move the choke lever the other way and try it. If that still doesn't go, you might have to move the throttle on the right hand grip a bit. If that doesn't work it might need a new spark plug. I'll work on a video soon.

Parts come from online sources, look up "Zooma scooter parts" in Google for instance.
