Not a tutorial for you to learn, this was the end product of a tutorial I did off of the anim8or website. Get a clue, if you're trying to learn from video you are lazy. Try reading something for once. lol

how do you get the camera to stay on the bird?

just move the camera around and angle it

You can make an object "Facing other" objects in the Scene mode by double clicking the camera.

You see the Camera Editor window pop up which has a boxed area that says "Orientation (PYR)" where a radio button says "Facing other."

If the objects name is eobject01 you type "eobject01" in the "Other:" box.

This makes the camera stick to another object it's position in the scene.

That's no  a tutorial. A utorial is an explanitory video. If you made a video telling us how to mke the bird, that would be a tutorial. Besides, his beak is WAY to big.
