  • @Micbuns1 If you eat mass gainers or protein it will get you big fast, like 2 or 3 pounds every 2 weeks.

  • @Honeebuket Mass gainer may get you big due to the high calories, but it does not equate to gaining muscle. Muscle takes time and if you are new to bodybuilding, you can gain about 10 pounds of muscle per year for a few years and that’s about it. --Jay

  • I have very big legs/ankles for my age. for this i just drank lots of protein shakes and kinda chilled on working my legs to much. now im trying to shape them for football next year. wish me luck. by the way. dont get them to big because you will develoup "Kankles" Which are very un attractive to a womans eyes.

  • I suggest eating as much as possible while doing absolutely nothing as far as exrcise goes.

  • Well like puboxer said, you need more calories in your diet if you have a fast metabolism. As to your question, I would get a mass gainer shake. That way you can get enough calories into your diet without eating junk food.

  • Nope, sorry. Just as you can't spot reduce fat loss, you can't target where fat will be deposited either. If you're a girl then more fat will likely be deposited into your hips, thighs, etc but some will still be deposited in your upper body. You must have muscular legs with low body fat. You can blame your genetics.

  • hey i have been doing thesewhen ever i work out..i dont know how good of form i do but i do them with 2 feet and 15 pound dumbbells..and i dont see that much results what should i do. and are you a fitness expert?
