Also, he says he wants us ALL to speak in tongues in 1 Cor. 14:5 **However, he gives strict rules in regard to speaking in tongues in the church such as you having to have an interpreter for example. in 1 Corinthians 14:28, it says BUT if there is no one to interpret let each of them keep silent in church and speak to himself and to God. My friend, I have been in the Church for about 15 months, I spent my whole life doing things my way, so I haven't been raised to believe anything, I have learn't not to believe what people tell me, but to look for myself, the Bible is clear, there are no other interpretations unless you want there to be.

I know the Bible, friend. I was a Christian for many years before I realized that logical reasoning and common sense defeat any notion of literal translation within the Bible. But I'll debate anyway.
Romans 1:32 says of people practicing homosexuality, "...they know God's decree that those who do such things deserve to die...". Romans was written post-Jesus.
And thanks for letting me know the talking snake was actually a serpent. Now it makes total sense and is completely believable.

My friend, the Bible tells us being a practising Homosexual is an abomination to God, anyone doing this who does not repent and come to Christ will die, that is a forgone conclusion, it just will not happen by any true Christian, they will leave that to God. We must love sinners and bring them to Jesus so that He can save them, not condemn them.
Satan is depicted as a Dragon in Rev, the serpent (satan) was a Dragon, facts are important.

I am talking about living under the law of Moses, the 613 laws that were the ceremonial and civil laws given to the Hebrew nation to point them to Christ, not the 10 Commandments, when Jesus died , we now had a better promise through Christ, through obedience to His will, we fulfil the law of God.
Gods law remains, it is on our hearts, the spirit helps guides us to obedience.

It really is impossible to argue with religious people because they don't understand logic and reasoning. But I'll make one last point:
Glosolalia (speaking in tongues) has been researched extensively. Nearly every study has found that the 'language' is formed from a database of sounds and sentence structure the speaker is familiar with (someone in America speaks a completely different form of Glosolalia than someone in Germany). If it truly is a language, why does it differ place to place?
