It's just the camera angle, when you are looking straight up through a camera, sometimes the video makes it look like its flying at an angle.

Aerotech N class motors. If you have enough money and certified 3rd level Tripoly Rocketry Association member you can buy these easily.

Oh yes my friend... they have some of the best onboard videos around. Their web page is down, but I was lucky enough to download them all. They are incredible!
