I was so creeped out by the area, down in the basement that had the videos playing!! thought it was very brave to have anyone agree to sit in a "bunker" and watch those DVD'S!!! what a wierd creppy cult!!! think of telling people off the street to monitor others and tell them how to live and advise them on mental health issues and none of these dufusses are MD's of any kind! imagine your ill family member refusing meds because that goof-ball told them to refuse!mean- while they need HELP! sick!!
How much personal details did she give away in the form? Something tells me they'll Fair Game the shit out of her once they catch on to this. It's also gonna make further infiltrations harder, since they'll be paranoid about that.

Mark is always using the line about training people to audit if they join staff. It's a lie. If you do become part of the auditor training program, then your £2 a week is cut in half and you must sign a 5 year contract minimum. At least he didn't lie and said the person could get about £200 a week average like Viv told me when I joined. Plus you are made to forget that you are a volunteer the moment you sign the contract.

I think this is definitely working. Last month, I saw that red portable table in Plymouth city centre with 4 or 5 scientologists standing around it. They were smiling, but huddled really close around it, almost as though they were guarding it. I walked close to it and had a stare at what was on it. I got the feeling they wanted people to stay away. Unless they think surrounding and facing the table, whilst avoiding eye-contact is welcoming...
Very cool! My concern, however, is that this is a felony under the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 which under title 3 covers using covert audio. Title 47, Chapter I, Part 15, Section 15.9 does state that all parties must have to consent to audio (unless the audio device is obvious like when shooting in the street with a vid recorder).
So, very, very neat but also illegal and you've now opened yourself to civil action and have given the scilons ammunition.
I believe that we are covered under the 'public interest' clause, in the same way that other undercover journalists/reporters are. There are many documentaries on television where reporters go undercover, and record organisations covertly. We never see BBC/C4 reporters get into trouble for covert filming, so I personally cannot see any legal repercussions coming from this.
And re: civil lawsuit, I have no money, few assets - and any trial would just allow me to spread the word moreso :)

These infiltrations might also have some other positive unintended consequences. I think it could also have a psychological effect on the org. This will probably make them suspicious of every unsuspecting person that walks through their doors.
Can you imagine walking into their org looking for a job only to find out that it's a recruitment scheme, but on top of that they interrogate (more than usual) you and treat you with suspicion. Anyone with half a brain will run screaming out of there.

They need o be reported for breaking several laws. I am not a lawyer or a specialist in employment rules but it has got to be some form of deception. I mean, advertising for STAFF and getting you in for a JOB interview only to be told that it is a recruitement for volunteers without even any formal renumeration for expenses.
We need legal experts on this.

This is amazing. The Old Guard have always tried to get police and other law enforcement involved in these fake "job openings" frauds and so far no politicians or criminal agenmcies anywhere seem to care that Scientology commits such labor crimes. This was an incredible, very good effort here, and it would be great to see even more infiltrations -- had the Anonymous Agent come back on Monday and continued the effort, we might have learned even more.
